I thought it common sense to see a person, alone, with 8 items wouldn't be able to carry 8 food items that were in no packaging. She just kept handing me things while she looked for a styrofoam box (like a to go box) and I had to leave my food on the ground to take the box from her. It seemed like the truck was unprepared for "to go orders". No bags, no containers with lids, etc. Not even a table to set food on while organizing. This was the most disappointing part of using this food truck and the reason I'm removing one star. The food itself was alright but not spectacular. The Coney dog was extremely disappointing. It is not a good Coney dog and our search for an authentic style Coney dog will continue. Their chili for the Coney dog was more sweet and tasted like BBQ sauce more than it did chili. My hot dog was missing toppings, even though she said the correct toppings when she read it back to me. For the price, I expected better order accuracy and was hoping for a more authentic style Coney dog. This is the reason that I removed another star.
