I can definitely see that you don't value your customers like the previous owners did.

This morning I stopped in for my normal wash. Choose 2 with my two favorite wash selections…read more All went well until I pulled in. Some of the stops could have went terribly wrong had I not acted incredibly quickly. What happened was a few things. First, the attendant hit the code in about 20 seconds before actually hit the conveyer that pulls the car through. Just enough time for things to start moving exactly when I got on the conveyor. I had seconds to put the car in park. Which I thankfully did before any catastrophe struck. What's not cool is that it gave her zero time to pre spray my vehicle as it should have been done. The front, hood, top and rear got literally one squirt at best before the brushless mechanism hi the car. I expected better. That pre wash.soak gets the hardened bugs and stuff off and makes the wash much more thorough. Plus it wets the car helping to prevent scratching. I stopped afterwards to ensure there was no visible damage to the vehicle given all that happened. Notice there was still dirt on the front bumpers and hood. The wash experience could have been better for $18. Usually is. It was just disappointing. And almost a costly experience should something have went wrong with the belt starting so quickly. I expected better. Maybe next time...

Business almost appears to be abandoned…read more Nothing works. On a day when people would probably just want to spray the salt off their cars all the self service bays were roped off. When one is open only a few of the options work, but the position of the switch might not be what you're spraying on your car. It's a shame as all the self service washes are going away in this area. This one is probably not long for it either.

What's nice is they have a cashier's window that could help you purchase a car wash and walk you through the process. Then you pull around and somebody will guide you onto the track. When I say track, it's more like a conveyor belt versus the type of car wash that drags your car. I felt the actual wash was very good. And the free vacuums and towels along with chemicals is certainly a very nice offering.

I'm not sure if the equipment was out of soap or what was going on but we paid $12 for air to blow around the car.

Much to my surprise they were able to come same day. They honored the $100 for $200 that's offered on Yelp. Ray Jr came and did an amazing job. In about an hour my car was washed, waxed, and interior complete. Will my kids and dogs be messing up my Suburban any time soon? No! Will I call for another job from Bryant's? You bet! He was very self sufficient and even brought a small generator to power is vacuum and tools. The only thing he used was our outside water spicket, but he even brought his own hose. He did our truck inside and out and the exterior of our boat. Total was $210 and I was very happy - would definitely recommend and use again!
