I paid a lot, tipped generously, and even donated to the charity of one of the workers yet they didn't even bother to vacuum or wipe down my car. As a busy mom, I even pre-cleaned my car before going, so all they had to do was the basics. Instead, I left with a car that looked untouched. I don't have the money to throw away like this, and now I can't even go back because I have to work today. This was an absolute waste of my time and money. So I zipped up to the car wash early. I paid the $15, for the premium wash. The equipment is very modern and it cleaned the car very well. As I read, the recommendations to bring a towel. I did that and wiped down the car. I did not see any obvious areas that the car wash missed. All in all a very good wash.
