Their truck is quite simple with a gray paint job with their logo as well and text saying "Your Mom's Favorite Meat". They had a good sized menu on this particular day including brisket banh mi, brisket sandwich, pulled pork sandwich, tacos, mac n cheese, and burnt ends as some options. My wife got a Brisket Sandwich while I got a Pulled Pork Sando. The speed at which our orders and everyone else's came out were impressive. Exactly what you would want from a food truck. I will say my only negative would be the prices seemed a little high. Despite that I do know it being BBQ and a long process to make the meats a high price can be expected. So just be aware of the prices. Both sandwiches were very tasty and both pulled pork and brisket were tender and well made. I do think both sandwiches could have had a little more sauce to them as minor adjustments. Definitely a food truck worth checking out if you want some BBQ.

The prices are just right. They have a broad availability of items, from single tacos to full blown meals (bibimbap, omgggg). Everything I have tried here has been phenomenal. They have an Instagram page where they post their location and hours, so it is very easy to figure out where they will be on any given day. Their favorite "haunt" is the Eastern Prom, and they're usually there for several hours. I can always count on getting my Korean food fix from them no matter which day it is. Looking forward to exploring the menu a bit more in the future :) Keep up the good work, guys!

But the beef was tender, juicy, and delicious, and paired with the sauce, extra of course, I couldn't wait for the next bite each time I swallowed. The pickles and the horseradish simply added to the sandwich, but I am 100% sure it would have been equally magical without them. I sat there on my picnic table bench and wondered if I truly didn't like roast beef, or if I had just never had good roast beef. And this place, is amazing roast beef. They were at Mast Landing for Gunners Daughter 2025 event but the easiest way to see where they will be would be to check their social media for a schedule. Both workers/owners were friendly and were in positive moods despite being busy. My wife and I got an order of the Pork Dumplings and we each got a Sook Crispy Chicken Fried Sandwich. Firstly the dumplings were phenomenal with the perfect amount of crisp. Also the clear sauce that came with them was the perfect dipping sauce! Secondly onto the sandwiches, which first of all they were some of the most unique chicken sandwiches we have had in the best way! Not only was the chicken fried and had a great crunchy texture to it, the bread also appeared to be fried/crispy. The taste was so good as well, like a flavor explosion with everything complimenting each other perfectly. Such a well made sandwich that I would argue may be near the top of the list when I consider sandwiches I have had. I will certainly be seeking out Sook Thai again and you should as well! Also if you are or become a fan of them in the future they do have plans of opening up a physical location under a different name. It'll be named Paak and will be a salad and smoothie cafe on Congress Street in Portland. But until then I can't wait for my next order of dumplings and crispy chicken sandwich!

So we decided to give it a go in our recent trip to ME. The food trailer is parked in the lot next to Plant's Seafood in West Bath. We arrived close to closing time so they didn't have much lobster left. I ordered a lobster roll with mayo and a crab roll. My meal also came with chips and a soda. (My hubby can't eat shellfish so he ordered a hot dog meal.) I would recommend this food establishment if you love lobster. This was the first lobster roll I have ever eaten. I'm now a huge fan! (Also, we own a small business and we gladly support other small businesses.) Totally recommend!!! Just wish we could've met Dan!
