David came up, explained and showed me what he was going to do (explaining that there were two different ways of repairing the cutoff valves and, hopefully, he wouldn't have to do the more difficult one that involved soldering, etc. I mentioned that I had to go out but that I'd be back in about an hour and a half. 'Don't worry,' he said. 'I should be done by then.' He was and the work was done expertly. Hopefully I won't need a plumber in the near future, but guess who I'll call should I have an issue? They showed up day 1 with all the tools needed to inspect my main sewage line which continuously backed up even though it was snaked many times. Eric suggested we water jet the line to clean it properly, and then scope it. It was immediately clear i had tree roots in my main sewage line. A few days later Eric was there with his team to excavate and we found about 20' of old clay pipe which was cracked and had roots in it.
