Really satisfied with Steve and Brake Masters Mobile Brake Repair and strongly recommend him for…read moreyour brake needs! I messaged the business on Yelp, and Steve was very responsive from the get-go. We first spoke on a Wednesday, and he was able to come to my office in Fairfax, VA that Friday. He was very communicative and punctual. Once he got there, shortly after seeing my brakes, he advised me that the lug nuts on my tires were over-torqued by the last shop that did my tires. This wasn't his fault, but he was exceptionally patient in helping me resolve the issue so that he could still fix my brakes the same day (he even gave me a ride to the body shop down the road to get my car!). He really went above and beyond. I also really appreciated how he explained everything along the way. He really puts customer service first. Overall, I strongly recommend Steve and his services. His rates are very reasonable, especially for the quality of his work and premium materials. I don't anticipate having an issues with my brakes in the future, but if I do, I will definitely be a repeat customer and will also recommend him to others.

Highly recommend Stephen at Brake Masters. He provided a very competitive quote for rear brakes and…read morerotors on my SUV, saving me about $200 compared to the dealership. His knowledge and genuine customer service were a refreshing change from the typical chain automotive shops. Communication was fast, the work was done in about 40 minutes while I grabbed a coffee, and he even offered to move my appointment so I wouldn't miss NFL Sunday. Do yourself a favor and book Brake Masters for your next job!

They refused to let me watch what they were doing even though I asked twice. I even offered to stand outside the bay, but again they refused. Their tech ended up mixing yellow coolant with my original blue coolant during testing. I know this to be true because not only did I see the fluid below the expansion tank when the tech asked me to view the car on the lift (so why didn't they allow me to do that before the test started?), but I also checked my fluid the next morning when the car was cold and the fluid was clearly a light green hue, a color I had never seen before. I had been checking my own fluid level over the past few weeks and topping it off with the right blue 50/50 mix that is HOAT compliant so I called Neuman on it, and he initially said they typically use yellow universal fluid which should not harm my car, so I asked him to verify with the tech how much fluid he put it in. The technician refused to admit he put any fluid in the radiator expansion tank. If he claims he didn't open the expansion tank at all, then how exactly was her performing a coolant leak test? He's either admitting he didn't do a proper coolant review, or he's lying about putting Prestone universal yellow coolant in my radiator expansion tank. Neuman hung up on me when I called him on it. This is a dishonest company and instead of resolving the issue like professionals, Neuman and Park argued endlessly and refused to disclose any truth. I would be very cautious about this outfit and whether all the positive reviews below are valid.

Last time I had a question about my tires, and they went out of their way to look everything up for me. They even told me to check other shops and make the best decision for myself -- they never pushed me to come to their shop. That kind of honesty and kindness is rare! I really love this body shop and highly recommend it to anyone. I'll definitely keep coming back!

DO NOT BUY FROM JERRYS FORD…read more My husband traded in his F150 during the 0% financing event. A few weeks later we get a call from Ford Credit saying we haven't been making payments on our old truck. We told them it had been traded in. The dealership never paid off the original loan. It took a couple of months to get this issue resolved. My husband could never get anyone from the dealership on the phone and the person from corporate helping us also struggled. My husband paid for the prepaid maintenance package and when we went in for our first oil change he was told there was no maintenance package in the system. We use a different dealership closer to home for obvious reasons. When he bought the prepaid maintenance he was assured that it was accepted "nationwide" and when he mentioned the dealer he would be using they said "oh yes, they take it there". I have called a few dealerships closer to me and nobody takes it. I could maybe understand an initial issue with paying the truck. Especially if it had been resolved quickly. But it is impossible to get them on the phone. And then the maintenance package is just adding insult to injury. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

There was only one thing bad about this experience, and that was the long wait we had before receiving one of the rebates promised at purchase. Ford had a $500 rebate for college students. My wife qualified as a part time student at Strayer. She sent them the transcripts as requested, and it took 5 months to receive the check. This was with her calling all the time, to Ford, the dealership, Ford credit, and getting the runaround. There seems to be no accountability for these things. I don't know if other brands or dealerships are different, but this was excessive. In the future, I will not count on any rebate that is not immediate, as we put more time and effort into getting this than it was worth. The truck has been flawless, and we finally got the check. I would have given 5 stars if not for the long wait (and twenty-plus phone calls made by my wife to keep this from being forgotten).

But for the last 5 years or so, they are constantly making mistakes that required repeated visits. The latest was a big error that they installed a wrong size tire out of two I purchased. One was larger. They specialize in tires!! How can they not see the tire size before they put on!? As soon as I drove away w two new tires, TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light came on. I calibrated on the panel every two miles w no luck. I went back right away. They told me to keep calibrating few times. Next day. I went back and had to drop it off so the most experienced tech can take it apart to see. He aligned again but didn't fix. Problem still exists. I called to talk to Mgr, Socrates AGAIN. He told me that he needed to ask the dealer and call me back. I never heard back. I gave up and waited until the next oil change at the dealer. I didn't find out till a 10 months later til I went to a dealer for oil change and tire rotation. The dealer told me that TPMS light is on bc one tire was larger than the rest of them. Not sure how this is going to affect my car in the long run. One was rotating slower than the other 3. Naturally I went back and made Socrates put the new correct size one on. They definitely lack the quality mechanics there. A bunch of high school auto mx class grads? They used to do just ok job for simple maintenance. But no more. I can't trust them with anything anymore. Not worth the risk. Don't chance it.
