DO NOT BUY FROM JERRYS FORD…read more My husband traded in his F150 during the 0% financing event. A few weeks later we get a call from Ford Credit saying we haven't been making payments on our old truck. We told them it had been traded in. The dealership never paid off the original loan. It took a couple of months to get this issue resolved. My husband could never get anyone from the dealership on the phone and the person from corporate helping us also struggled. My husband paid for the prepaid maintenance package and when we went in for our first oil change he was told there was no maintenance package in the system. We use a different dealership closer to home for obvious reasons. When he bought the prepaid maintenance he was assured that it was accepted "nationwide" and when he mentioned the dealer he would be using they said "oh yes, they take it there". I have called a few dealerships closer to me and nobody takes it. I could maybe understand an initial issue with paying the truck. Especially if it had been resolved quickly. But it is impossible to get them on the phone. And then the maintenance package is just adding insult to injury. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone.

My wife and I bought a truck here in October 2014. The vehicle is great, the salesman(Joe Regan)…read morewas nice. There was only one thing bad about this experience, and that was the long wait we had before receiving one of the rebates promised at purchase. Ford had a $500 rebate for college students. My wife qualified as a part time student at Strayer. She sent them the transcripts as requested, and it took 5 months to receive the check. This was with her calling all the time, to Ford, the dealership, Ford credit, and getting the runaround. There seems to be no accountability for these things. I don't know if other brands or dealerships are different, but this was excessive. In the future, I will not count on any rebate that is not immediate, as we put more time and effort into getting this than it was worth. The truck has been flawless, and we finally got the check. I would have given 5 stars if not for the long wait (and twenty-plus phone calls made by my wife to keep this from being forgotten).

But for the last 5 years or so, they are constantly making mistakes that required repeated visits. The latest was a big error that they installed a wrong size tire out of two I purchased. One was larger. They specialize in tires!! How can they not see the tire size before they put on!? As soon as I drove away w two new tires, TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) light came on. I calibrated on the panel every two miles w no luck. I went back right away. They told me to keep calibrating few times. Next day. I went back and had to drop it off so the most experienced tech can take it apart to see. He aligned again but didn't fix. Problem still exists. I called to talk to Mgr, Socrates AGAIN. He told me that he needed to ask the dealer and call me back. I never heard back. I gave up and waited until the next oil change at the dealer. I didn't find out till a 10 months later til I went to a dealer for oil change and tire rotation. The dealer told me that TPMS light is on bc one tire was larger than the rest of them. Not sure how this is going to affect my car in the long run. One was rotating slower than the other 3. Naturally I went back and made Socrates put the new correct size one on. They definitely lack the quality mechanics there. A bunch of high school auto mx class grads? They used to do just ok job for simple maintenance. But no more. I can't trust them with anything anymore. Not worth the risk. Don't chance it.
