Went to get my nails done the day before my engagement photos and even waited 30 minutes, already had seemed like she was rushing. A nail on my left hand (the one I really need to look nice for photos involving the ring...) broke the day of getting them done. It barely lasted 8 hours. Went back the next morning after opening and she put another layer on a cracked nail with the crack very visible still, then told me that's all she could do and it was fixed. And she filed the sides down exposing my nail bed which was not visible beforehand. Not happy with this at all. Will not be returning. read more

Great nail salon. Great techs especially Tina. Not a fan of their gel colors and nothing fancy going on there. My pedi was a great upsell for the massage. The price was not great. ‍ I'm still really disappointed in how much they charge small kids 10 and under. $31 for each of my kids is absurd to Me. I've no had to explain to them only on special occasions. We can't afford $170 nails every couple weekend. For my 6 year old seriously, I espoused charge $15 max. Her nails are itty bitty. Come on. If I could put zero stars, I would. The worst service I ever received. I should have got up from the chair when she didn't understand how to do nextgen nails. My nails look absolutely horrible and aren't consistent. I had to tell her a few times to reshape and file my nails and she tried to act like she didn't notice they had to be reshaped. They do not know how to shape nails. I'm going to have to get them soaked off. Stay away from this nail shop unless you're ok wasting your money and time. read more

These girls...they work wonders. I have been going to Mai's Spa for two years before I moved across town. I personally see Mia first and then if she isn't available, I will then go see Mai. They are the literal sweetest people and they will do such great formwork on your nails. I always get the NexGen dip on my natural nails and every time I get them done, someone compliments me on them and then is so surprised when I tell them its my own nails. I have never had a crack or break and I've been going here for over a year. I still make the trip to Arlington from Carrollton, I'm that impressed. Also, fair pricing to top the cake. I'm fairly new to the area. It took me quite a while to choose a nail salon to try here in the Bedford/Euless area. Loum did my pedicure, and she waxed my eyebrows. She did a beautiful job on both. I was very comfortable in the salon, and I was offered a beverage. The pricing is average for the area. The prices are the highest or the lowest I've seen. The salon is on the smaller side. The polish selection is pretty good, although I have seen a more extensive collection at salons I have visited previously. I give this place 5 stars. They met my expectations, and I left as a happy customer. I look forward to my next visit. read more

I came in here as a walk in with one of my dip nails broken off, hurting so baddly and done poorly from the other place I went to. I came in for the first picture and left with the next pictures. I asked them if they could do the marble and they said they could. Instead, they tried to put foil as my design. I asked them to remove it and just keep them white. She asked her manager and they removed the foil (leaving residue all over my other nails). The nail tech just out a top coat over everything and sealed the bits of foil all over my nails. I brought it up to her manager and she fixed it for me and insisted on helping me get the marble I initially wanted. She was able to correct it but of course, did not look like the picture. Which honestly it's close enough to a point I didn't mind. However, they charged me $56 this. Honestly I won't be going back. My usual salon charges $40 for dip and $5 for a design. Not only that but they literally had me there for over an hour trying to fix this. They also spoke Vietnamese right after I said I didn't like the foil and to remove it. It's highly unprofessional to speak another language in front of a customer especially when they aren't even upset about the whole thing. I was just ready to walk out with all white nails and be okay with it. Never once was I disrespectful. read more

This is the best nail salon in the area. This is a smaller salon and it's popular, so I would recommend making an appointment if you do not want to wait. My favorite thing about the salon is that no matter which tech works on your nails they will always look great. I recommend the milk and honey pedicure. I normally get the classic, but they recommended the milk and Honey the last time I went and it was great. They really take their time on all services. They give the best massages with the pedicures. Some places rush through and are done in 5 minutes, but not here. They take their time. I also like that they will check in as they are doing your nails to make sure you are happy with them. They remember you when you come in and always ask about how you are doing. They also make sure to tell you if anything happens to your nails that you can come back and they will fix them for you. You can tell many of the customers are regulars! read more

There's a clear attention to detail and it's obvious they want to make sure your nails look good. The last time I went in I ended up going with a suggestion from Mai and I loved them. Weeks later I'm still getting compliments. And unlike other places in the area I've never had an issue with my nails chipping/breaking so soon after getting them done.
