We just moved here and I knew finding a nail salon that was decent would be a long hunt. This was the first place I tried. There were 4 of us. She made our appointment for 3 then called me at 2:30 and said to come but when we arrived we waited for service. She kept telling us how busy she was. She kept telling me how she does good dip even tho I said I wanted gel. All things I could have over looked but two of the people with us getting manicures were young adults. 10 and 15. After my nails were done, I went to do a return that was close by but before I left, I paid for services. My 10 year said "I'm sorry, that's not the color I picked" she said "oh, honey we so busy" she had also gotten a flower on her toe. When I got back she said she didn't charge me for it when I know she did and asked me to pay $5. We also paid for the 15 year old to get tips and dip and a cuticle clean up. She didn't do the cuticle clean up and when she said she didn't want the shape to be more almond (they were more coffin shape) she told her she didn't know what she was taking about. My gel manicure chipped after a couple days. My 15 year olds ring finger nail popped off after 24hrs. I wish them the best but this isn't the spot for us. read more

First time at this nail spa. This salon was extremely clean and the employees were very welcoming and nice. I had the gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The technician working on my manicure did an amazing job. My pedicure experience was outstanding, the technician kept checking to make sure that my heels were smooth was he was scrubbing them. The ambiance was very quiet and relaxing. I definitely recommend this place. read more

I got nexgen nails (dip powder), and they look really great. It costed $40 with cuticle cleanup. The place is clean, and I got in and out in 50 minutes (including the time it took to soak and drill my last ones off). I had Lauo and she was really nice. I asked her to fix some small spots up (I'm a little OCD), and she did it without hesitation. The finish is VERY SMOOTH, which is a big thing for me, as some places can leave my nails bumpy or grainy. read more

I never ever leave negative reviews but i just feel the obligation to be completely honest. I got a full acrylic set and within hours of me going home 2 of them popped off, like they were press ons. I went back the next day they were apologetic and fixed them. Then 2 days later 2 more nails popped off. That was just the first 3 days. Since then every single nail has lifted and came off. I've never experienced anything like this before and i get my nails done all the time. They're sweet people, but I'm not sure if it's the products or what but literally every single nail from a brand new acrylic set popped clean off my fingers like they were press on nails. read more

Amazing pedicure with a great massage. Also a great massage with the manicure. Something funky was going on with my nail polish on my nails and the ladies sat with me and repainted them three times until they were absolutely perfect. Nail polish doesn't dry well in cold weather so it was not their fault at all. Great attention to detail and everyone was genuinely so sweet and accommodating. This will be my new place! read more

I had been going to someone for a long time for dip nails but he moved away so was looking for a new place to go. This salon is very close to my house so gave it a try. Big mistake! Linh started by grabbing a drill and I told her I prefer to soak. She said just let her get the top layer and that was fine except she let the drill get hot and I could feel the burn through to my nail several times. Next after the nails were on she started using another drill on my cuticles which burned as well. When I would flinch she would shake her head no and rub the drill on top of her hand. After several instances of this I finally said cuticles are more sensitive than the top of your hand and if you are saying you aren't hurting me you are wrong. And last but not least she used cuticle clippers and nicked me several times. I certainly won't return to a place that hurt me and made me bleed. Too much risk of spreading disease and infection. read more
