I usually don't write reviews however what occurred at this facility needs to be documented I read other reviews and I probably shouldn't of gone however, I figured since I already knew what was going on that I'd go into the situation with knowledge I first verbally got a quote then he wrote it down. wanted me to get other services and said if I added a few things he'd still keep the price down we agreed upon $62 however, when I got to the cash register once finished, I was greeted with the lady who did my toes and she said it was $99 I was flabbergasted at the price and told the lady that's not what he told me. She proceeded to say the gentleman did not work there and that the price was $99 I refuse to pay and she broke it down. I proceeded to explain to her what I agreed upon and the breakdown and she said that I still $99 Iexplained to her son that appeared out of nowhere the and after a heated conversation son and daughter, they agreed to the price I stated. They did excellent work, however they play shenanigans when it comes to payment and price would not recommend even if they did a good job. read more

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! I went to get my nails done at this place. NOT EVEN 3 DAYS LATER my left pinky nail broke down the middle. Anybody who has their nails done can tell you how painful and annoying it is. What did I do to break it? I YAWNED! That's right! I yawned and when my hands made fists the nail broke. I figured it was bad luck and I decided to fix it instead of call them and tell them. Shortly after that the nails started breaking off one by one. They were breaking from things like running my fingers through my hair, putting my hair in a pony tale, going through my purse while looking for something, you get my point. I was going normal things that are done daily that should NOT have been a cause for my nails to break. So I call my them, by this time it had been a little over a week. I wouldn't have been able to call them anyway because I was out of town on a personal trip followed by a business trip (my reasoning for getting them done). I was told they'd fix it. When somebody tells you that you expect them to fix it and not charge you. I, however, asked if it would cost me anything because of the language barrier. Michael, who I was talking to on the phone with, told me not to worry about it and they'd fix it. So naturally I took that as it wouldn't cost me anything. Fast forward to today. It's the first day I've been able to sneak away for a couple of hours and get my nails fixed. I drove almost an hour from Addison for this. Just to find out and I got here that I would in fact be charged. I told the lady at the front that I would like to speak to the man that I talk to you on the phone because he told me that I wouldn't be. When he finally gets to the front, they don't speak in English, but I can do pick out here in there what they are saying. pretty much they made it to where I would be charge and I couldn't do anything about it. So not only does this place mess up nails, refuse to fix them when they mess them up, they also lie straight to your face. I'm not even mentioning how unprofessional this place is. The nail tech that took care of me the first time quit the last Monday. That was one of the excuses I was given as to why they couldn't fix my nails. It's absolutely mind blowing that this business is still open. They have a buy one get your second service free deal going on but DON'T BELIEVE IT!! I received a manicure with tips and a BASIC pedicure...how was my total $97.50 for those two things!?!? I am so mad and frustrated with this place. Just do yourself a favor...save your money and your nails and STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. It is full of con artists. HIT or MISS depending on which tech you get. My daughter and I went for pedicures prior to our trip to Las Vegas, so we wanted GEL toe nails and both requested the full shebang: Spa massage chair, scented water, scrub, massage, hot stone massage, basically the works! I loved my guy as I have very tough feet and major calluses; but my daughter's tech was too rough. She was wincing in pain from the gal's too strong massage and cheese grating the SOFT part of her foot! My daughter's shins were rubbed raw! She had RED MARKS on her legs, too! Our toe nail polish turned out fabulous as we both got sparkly colors. But the WORST was get to come. When I went to pay for our services the gal at the front desk screamed and cried in fake laughter and insincere apologies as she had me swipe my credit card 3 TIMES for what she told me were MISTAKES! Then she had me sign the last transaction. Her English was very poor, so when I asked whether the other 2 charges were reversed, she just nodded and looked away, smiling. Ugh! Later that night I logged onto my credit card account and saw the 3 separate charges all PENDING! They totaled: $436.60!!! OMG! I immediately called my credit card and asked for the FRAUD dept and told them what happened. They BLOCKED the other 2 charges and FROZE my card. I'm getting a new account number and if I ever go back to Luxury Nail Spa ( the one in the Kroger parking lot off Hwy 26 near Canon Rd.) I will pay in CASH!!! I give this place a 1 star because they were in a rush to do me and my friends nails along with the work that was done was very poor we had to tell them to fix it. The massage when getting the pedicure was nice until she put the hot stones on me and held it their and it burned me while she was looking the other way until I jerked my leg back. Then when she was using the lotion to massage my legs she bruised me with how hard she was doing the massage even after I told her to please not do this so hard. First I got my nails done the guy was falling asleep while doing my nails and one hand was shorter then the other as well as some of the dip was missing from the bottom of my nails I went back the next day to get them fixed after thand 2 nails chipped so I went back in and talked to the owner who claimed he did them super thick which he did not and charged me a fee to get them fixed! Well here I am again with missing nails as well as the same nails chipping again. I really tried to give this place a chance but I don't recommend it. My fiancé and I came in yesterday we had two hot stone pedicures and i got a dip manicure $220 and i don't think that included tip. It started off as I was getting my previous set taken off, the man doing my nails split 3 of my real nails in half when clipping the old set off. When I told him all he said was "oh". Then while getting our pedicures I had to ask the gentleman to go back and work on the ingrowns in the toes, which wouldn't have been a big deal but we paid for the best pedicure you'd think it would include all of the things. Then after as it was tone to put the polish on I was told it was an additional $20 to do gel polish instead of regular, I had to go to work so I ordered a set of 20 gel polishes on Amazon for $15 and will finish my pedicure myself. Then when finishing my dip they also put regular top coat on instead of gel so it messed up one of my nails, which I'm sure they would've fixed) but we were already there for an hour and a half and i had to leave. The same nail also was not connected fully between the tip/dip and my real nail so things could get stuck between them. Then fast forward to today i realized one of my nails was already broken and chipping away on the sides. I went back in to get it fixed, which they were happy to do but still an inconvenience. I also asked them to fix the nail that was messed up from the day before. As I'm driving home i see that the nail still looks like crap and you can see the file lines. As well as on the nail they needed to fix it's all chunky and not shaved down. Overall not a good experience. It's so disappointing the cost of services is skyrocketing and the quality is declining even quicker. Save yourself the money and irritation, learn how to do your backs yourself. read more

I've been here before and had pretty good service. However, today I went in to treat myself and checked in at about 4:06PM. I picked out my nail polish and then was directed to sit in one of the massaging chairs. I sat in that chair for 24 minutes before I decided to walk out. No one filled the water bath for my feet. No one acknowledged me. Nothing!!! Two other people arrived and received service and a water bath filled too! Absolutely ridiculous! Won't be coming back. I am so in love with this salon! I have never been disappointed. Been coming about 6 months. They made my day today giving me Hogwarts themed nails!!! This is going to be a hit at the Harry Potter Birthday Party Yoga Class next week!!! (The Yoga Casa) Everyone here is easy to communicate with, and I think the prices are fair for what you get...which is quality. I will never go the cheap route again! They also have a punch card, so after 10 visits you get $15 off. We all like a punch card! The salon is always clean, smells nice, and I mean even the fixtures on the walls are not dusty! The bathroom is welcoming and clean. There are plenty of chairs for pedicures and manicures and they have a bunch of employees so I've never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Tried them out for Veterans Day the girl could not draw a straight line for an accent nail. Not too mention I was supposed to have gotten a manicure first with cuticle removal, have a chunk removed on my index finger! She couldn't stay inside the line kept on getting it on my finger and digging her nail in to fix it poorly. Manager told my husband we couldn't leave without paying ended up paying $30 for both me and my daughter. They get a star for a different girl she did do a good job on my daughters nails.
