Cool spot to grab a drink. Very attentive staff, drinks were great. Definitely worth checking out

What a vibe! Great music, great ambiance, but I wish I could say they had great cocktails. By the show the bartender put on while making the cocktails I assumed the drinks would be amazing. Unfortunately, they were extremely unbalanced almost to the point of being undrinkable. It's like he added the citrus and forgot about the sugar in both. Based on the reviews maybe I just had bad luck, but unfortunately I don't think I'll be back.

Service was so kind and attentive here! The comtesse express was amazing that we ordered it again for our second round!

We were pleasantly surprised by this bar, it is everything we hoped for - amazing drinks, friendly attentive staff and moody atmosphere. The interior is dimly lit and has two levels with plenty of comfy seating. They have plenty of creative gin, mezcal and bourbon based drinks and everything we tasted was balanced with unique flavor profiles. We'll definitely be back next time we are in CDMX.

The principle of "Maison" emerges in ancient Europe and has its peak in the Belle Époque. The "Maisons" were private houses that served as clubs attended by famous artists, wealthy gentlemen and / or personalities to relax with a drink of absinthe - popular drink made from herbs such as absinthe and mint - at the end of their days daily Under these foundations the idea materialized today is presented, to create a space that alludes to this era but with a renewed soul in the heart of Mexico City.

This bar was awesome. The vibes, the decor, the live music. We stumbled upon it while walking around at night and were pleasantly surprised. The drinks were great, and the bartenders were all super nice. We'll definitely be returning the next time we're in Mexico City.

Dark, romantic, almost speakeasy-ish vibes at this upstairs cocktail bar. We came by around 10pm on a Friday night and it wasn't too crowded, we were able to get a spacious table to enjoy our drinks. My friend and I both ordered mezcal cocktails, and they were really good! There was live music when we were there too, and I loved the singer.

Very good spot for drinks, you'll pay a little extra than other places but it is worth it. The cilantriño is a very citric and woody drink. A very fresh and manly drink. The drink made to order has fig and coriander, very sweet and fruity, recommended for girls or someone that doesn't drink. Ambiance is soft and melodic. Not very noisy and perfect to have dinner with a good conversation. If I'm ever close I'll be back.

    Excellent pizza!

Well on the night before we left,we finally squeezed this bar into our itinerary and man, am I glad we did. This bar was so freaking cool. The ambiance felt great-there was an energy in the room. The staff was so awesome,so friendly-they offered to make us anything we wanted, even drinks that were not on the menu. They would ask us, what type of cocktails we liked, what liquors, what we didn't like and just come up with a drink on the spot-they were a very impressive staff.I also liked how they would make drinks as a team, one person did one part of it, then passed it to another person who would handle another part,by the time it got to us , the entire team had a hand in making our drinks-it was kinda odd but amusing at the same time. The crowd was definitely touristy as I didn't see very many locals at this bar ,though did run into a woman traveling on business from Sacramento and I thought that was just the most random thing ever. I think the coolest part of this bar on this visit was about halfway through our time there, the bartender asked if we wanted to see their "speakeasy" in the back of the bar-so he took us in the back and stopped us at this kind of nondescript door and opened it and it took us to a speakeasy in the back that contained the bar's rarest alcohols and another bar that was totally isolated from the main bar-was a really cool experience. In closing, If you ever find yourself in the Roma Norte district of Mexico City, I highly recommend visiting Limantour bar and ask them to take you to the speakeasy-it's an awesome experience. PS-I almost forgot, just to validate my feelings on this bar-they have won a Top 50 bar award globally for like the last 5 years straight-a very special spot and a must visit in the bar scene in Roma Norte.

I say seated with parenthesis because most people end up standing here but we got lucky that a couple was leaving as we were right next to them after being asked our drink orders. It's kind of a weird system that they have and I think the staff didn't realize we didn't have our drink orders taken yet and asked the people behind us for theirs which was slightly annoying. It was a bit chaotic so I can see why it happened, but I do think they need a slightly better system. Anyways, the drinks were excellent and I love that they gave us a little small snack that included crickets (which I hadn't tried before yet). The vibes in here are really nice too. I love the dim lighting and the almost rock/clay atmosphere. The bathroom area is smaller than I was expecting but it was ok. I'd definitely return!

There are no seats, this is a standing bar except a few uncomfortable bar stools. Drinks were good, but I expected more. I got the colada and it was good, not too sweet. Almost clarified colada. Everything was very spirit forward which few of our friends really liked. This felt like a one time visit for me in CDMX

Honestly, I couldn't find the place at all. In fact I had to call my friend to see where it was. It's hidden inside a hotel and there's construction going around so it was definitely hard to find and walk through especially with heels on. Luckily we had a reservation because there were plenty of people waiting for seating! The man directed us downstairs to the actual speakeasy. What a super cool neat spot! It was quite dim, but we of course got the best seat in the house because of our party size. The music was top 40 which was an interesting touch considering the ambience of this place, but I wasn't complaining. Onto the drinks. I got the infamous - Peanut Butter & Jelly 100000/5 - I honestly think this is the drink that put them on the charts! The different flavors coming together within the drink and the little sandwich. The 'peanut butter & jelly' sandwich cookie was made from white chocolate and jam. I was honestly thoroughly impressed. I knew it was going to be good, but I didn't think it was going to be THIS good! Cookies n cream 5/5 - I'd still give this a 5/5 because it was also a great cocktail, but not as great as the peanut butter & jelly. I love that a lot of the bars have a little sweet treat to 'chase' the cocktail with. It definitely helps to add the uniqueness of the cocktails you're sipping on!

My highlights were the welcome of every one of their team as you walk in and the goodbye you get. I also liked that they gave you towel to wipe your hands. The drinks were a bit lackluster. They sat us at the bar in front of the mixologist so we expected to get drinks mixed right in front of us but instead we got them poured out of containers where they had already been pre-batched. Not the crafted cocktails I was looking for. The dim lighting, bubbles for birthdays and friendly service was what I loved. The drinks left me wanting more. Worth going once to see if it's your vibe.
