The workers at the pharmacy itself are generally clueless and completely incompetent. All you're doing is ensuring your customers are as annoyed as possible every time they come in. It must make for a miserable experience for every one. Just provide better service. Add an option to simple skip the automated system and at least just go straight to leaving a voicemail for the pharmacy to call back from.

Went in to ask about supplements, and was encouraged to purchase an item, being told that I should relax, because I could bring back the product and get a full refund, if it wasn't working for me. I ended up buying it, because there was a "20% all pills" promo that was advertised out front. Turned out that the product wasn't working for me, and upon going back into the store, I was told by another employee that there's no way I could ever get a refund. When I looked up the item I was sold, it turns out that it was actually cheaper to just buy it on the manufacturer's site, even with the 20% discount anyway. And this was apparently one of their own in house brands too (which makes the markup even more confusing). So, in brief, if you see an item in store there that you like, just go online, and check the item's actual REAL price online, because there's a good chance that it's actually sold cheaper by the company that makes it. And don't believe the staff when they tell you to not worry about buying a product, because of their return policy.

There are always angry customers who have problems here, so I know it's not just me. Yesterday I had to call twice to fill a prescription and both times I was told it would be ready within an hour. I never received a text that it was filled or ready, so I had to wait until this morning when they opened to call again and check on it. They then told me they don't have the medication in stock, even though TWO people told me the day prior that they had it and that it would be filled within the hour. How is that acceptable?!?! I could have spent my time trying to fill it elsewhere instead of waiting for them to fill it like they said that they would, so I lost an entire day of waiting for nothing. The people who work here are incompetent, lazy and do not care. I am now out of my medication and had to scramble and literally spend more than an hour and a half trying to get it filled elsewhere. Additionally, I had to call this CVS 4x before I was able to talk to someone. I went through their automated system each time, then was on hold waiting for someone to answer, and each time about 4 minutes after being on hold it would hang up and disconnect the call. Like what??? I will never try to fill any prescription here again. Do not waste your time and get burned by these incompetent people. Literally any other CVS is better than this one.
