Elena is excellent, she has a great eye and can tell you what you want before you even tell her. She's an aesthetic mind reader I think. And she'll notice things immediately that I never even realized that are important factors in improving your overall aesthetic . I trust her completely with my face. She's funny too. And she never ever upsells, which is refreshing. She's the opposite - if something isn't necessary she won't do it, and she'll tell you why you don't need it. I appreciate that considering most places (I'm looking at you Beverly Hills Surgical Art) upsell the minute you sit down for a consult. NEVER at Hush. Elena is down to Earth, talented and knowledgeable about the medical side of the meticulous work she's doing - everything you want your trusted Injector/aesthetic expert to be. They have very competitive prices, the best I've ever seen. The girls at the front desk are great, very friendly and fun. They helped me with downloading one of the beauty apps (that you can get discounts with as you obtain points for the treatments you have done) when I couldn't figure out how it worked, lol I've had a couple procedures done at Hush so far and I am very happy with the results. For one of the treatments, I went in with one thing in mind (fillers in cheeks, temple and jaw/chin) and after talking with Elena and considering my age and the issues I wanted to focus on, I ended up doing Sculptra instead. Best decision ever. The effects haven't even fully developed yet (with Sculptra it takes around 3-4 months before you start seeing improvements) but I can absolutely see a difference after 2.5 months and what I've seen so far is exciting and exactly what I was hoping for. Not a scary, different face, just more symmetrical (the main goal for me) and a more refreshed look, and my skin is softer than it has ever been including when I was a baby lol. It's wild! I included a couple pictures of the improvements so far, and a couple "before Sculptra" photos so you can see the issues I was trying to improve. I have been going to Elena for lip fillers for almost 3 years now and I'm always so happy with the results. It's really difficult to find a good injector (I've had horrible filler done by multiple people before, including a plastic surgeon in Beverly Hills) and after getting my lips done by her three times now, I completely trust her opinion and expertise. I always ask to have a fuller look without looking completely fake and having it be overly obvious that I've gotten filler, and she nails it every time. I also love how honest she is. Most recently in between fills, I asked her on two separate occasions if I needed a touch up, and both times she told me it wasn't necessary yet. Loved Elena! I knew I wanted to do either Morpheus or the CO2 laser. I've had Morpheus before and it's crazy painful so I decided to try the CO2. I went today on a whim and they were able to squeeze me in. This location isn't far from me and I'm so happy I stumbled across them. I initially came in asking about chin filler and maybe getting some Botox here and there. I spoke to Elena during our consultation and she suggested what I needed, nothing more. I was hesitant to test a new laser hair removal facility, but I'm so happy I did. I was moved to a higher setting by the nurse practitioner so that I would have better results, and I fell in love with this place right away since I thought she cared more about my outcome than my money. The only drawback I experienced was that I selected half face as one of my treatments and received more of a spot treatment; nevertheless, this was also my own responsibility for being unable to speak up. I love this place. I like that it is small and intimate. I don't really trust the big commercial chains. The service here is great! It's always clean and I'm seen right on time and I like the ambiance. Also free parking is a nice perk! But I'm lowkey afraid to share this review because I don't want it to get too popular and then harder for me to get appointments I found this place from a recommendation from my friend. The PA, Elena, is super honest in her recommendations and doesn't try to upsell you. I trust her completely and I know she wouldn't give me a treatment that would be unsafe. I am African-American and was hesitant about laser hair removal because I've heard horror stories about burning skin or getting keloids. She was patient with all my questions and she explained everything to me and made sure to start the laser treatments in a spot that was more hidden (my armpits). She also recommend doing the treatment about three times to make sure I didn't have an adverse reaction before moving on to other more visible areas. This place also offers other cosmetic treatments as well so it would be nice if you want to do multiple things at once. The office stuff are nice too. Elana will not do no more then you need, she will not do it even if you want it done! She has integrity with her work. My lips look natural and my botox more so! I had a deeply disappointing experience at Hush La Medspa. Elena's lip injection was terribly botched. I initially requested to get half a syringe since I have a petite face and did not want overly filled lips. Elena advised that I get a full syringe and I trusted her expertise (which she could not even fully put into my lips after over filling them to begin with) My lips were left uneven, extremely protruded, and overly filled in certain areas. Things happen and I understand sometimes we don't get the result we desire for. My problem lies within the aftermath of the situation. upon requesting a refund and dissolver, I was charged for the dissolver!! and never receiving any reimbursement. The lack of customer service for clients is evident, and the overall quality of their work leaves much to be desired. I advise others to approach this medspa with caution, as my experience was far from satisfactory. I am extremely disappointed and saddened to have this experience. read more

My new med spa! This was my first med spa coming to after 2 years of not going to anyone after multiple horrible experiences. Before finding Hush, I was getting told I "needed"so many fillers and was always so unhappy with the results as it made me look fake! Elena dissolved old Juvederm that migrated in my lips and refilled with Restylane Kysse. I had only gotten botox before but she suggested dysport which was actually cheaper and lasts longer and doesn't give you the "frozen" look. She is very honest and will not inject you with more then what accentuates your beauty, even if you think you need it. I love her honesty and she does an amazing job.
