The entire staff is SO helpful if you need help deciding on a gift, and if you're lucky, you'll be greeted by a parade of small dogs upon entering! If you shop long enough, you will certainly notice the schedule of events and workshops posted in the store (or, more likely, a workshop that's in progress!). It's an impressive list with a wide variety of crafting options and skill levels. I've done two workshops so far and attended a handful of events, each one was absolutely fantastic! And last but certainly not least - there's a great cafe in the back with big tables for laptop-ing, chatting, writing - whatever you fancy, you can do it here, and with a delicious cup of coffee/tea! I laughed and simply acknowledged what she said. She then commented that while I was in the store she would enlist my help to move the table. No asking, just assuming I would help move this table for her. Mind you the table was ON TOP of another table. When I responded that I may not be in there long enough to assist she got very clearly irritated and had some rude remarks about me not wanting to move the table. Ultimately I left with empty hands because I no longer felt comfortable shopping there considering I had no intention of moving the table. I have never been requested, as a paying (or potentially paying) customer, to do "work" for someone employed there. And if I was, I would expect an understanding if I didn't feel comfortable doing it. It may be in the owners interest to speak with this employee about what is and is not good customer service because what I experienced today would NOT fit the bill of it. I now know that if I see a little dog in the door, not to go in because the person working there may not allow me to simply enjoy shopping.

They have taken great care of our family for years and are nothing but efficient, supportive, there to answer questions, affordable, quick and reliable - all the things that CVS isn't. We will be sure that our doctors don't mistakenly send RXs to CVS again. The recent issue with CVS points to what a difference there is between community and corporate pharmacies. Notre Dame takes care of customers like family - the opposite of corporate CVS, which makes it nearly impossible to talk to someone by phone and in our case hung up on our doctor's office as they tried to explain the how to correct the mistake CVS pharmacy had made. I have no doubt Notre Dame would never employ such unprofessional, uncaring people. Can't recommend Notre Dame Pharmacy enough.
