Made appointments in the morning for 12pm for two pedicures. When we showed up it slightly appeared as though the appointment from online didn't fully go through even though we had our confirmation texts- they did take us though no worries. The deluxe pedicure and up comes with a NA drink which is just adorable! This was also one of the best pedicure leg massages I've ever gotten! I am not a big review writer, but Maiya's nails and Tiffany and her team deserve more than 5 stars. IMO, you go to a business for their technique and atmosphere. But, you make an extra effort when the owner and staff go the extra mile. I took my mom because she came to AZ for medical treatments and needed ingrown help. Unfortunately, today was not the best day for her. Tiffany was very caring, helpful and accommodating. All the staff were! . Mom was super happy and then became frustrated. It was just one of those bad days. They made both of us feel very comfortable. We atleast got her ingrown taken care of and toes painted. We will be back for the mani. When we got outside and into the truck, she felt bad that she didn't give Tiffany a hug and thank the gentleman that did her feet. If you are choosing a place for mani/pedi, there are many places, BUT, if you want a place with technique and compassion, I highly recommend Maiya's!! A+++ the place is super clean and beautifully remodeled, too. Thank you to Tiffany and her team!! We will be back. FYI, if you want to relax and have an amazing pedicure, try the Organic pedicure. Called around 5:30 on a Monday to see if they can accommodate a semi special request and they did. Lee and Kelly who did my mani/pedi were both so kind and very thorough. They did a fantastic job. They were friendly and worked efficiently. The salon was clean and smelled good (not like food in other salons ). Recently visited Maiya's for the first time and had a hard gel fill and a spa pedicure. The salon was very clean, bright and welcoming. The new owner, Tiffany, came around and introduced herself and was very sweet. I enjoyed both services, but was particularly impressed with the hard gel manicure. Miu took great care in perfecting my cuticles (which are naturally terrible), and great attention to the shape and polishing of the nails. I was extremely happy with the end result. I've had a hard time finding a nail salon in the area that I really like, but Maiya's was great. I will definitely be back! read more

I woke up the next day feeling awful and am still fighting whatever illness she had. If your employees are sick to the point that their nose is running while doing nails; let them stay home. i come to maiya nails all the time , i usually get REGULAR gel acrylic and its great . this time I have booked for a full set gel when I had got there they started doing gel X on my nails, I had never gotten gel X before so I just decided I would try it out since that's what they had booked me for anyway, even though I didn't want it . I paid $80 for a short set of gel X nails. The paint has chipped off my nails are chipping. The acrylic under the paint is literally falling apart. The paint is lifting up from the acrylic. It's not sticking to the acrylic at all I'm not even in town to go in and get this fixed. I'm extremely upset and disappointed if I could get a refund, I honestly would because I have never paid $80 for a set of nails with Tiffany this is the most expensive set I had paid for and yet the worst that I have ever received from them, I would definitely recommend not ever getting GEL X because this is seriously soo disappointing I love Tiffany so much but this was a big no for me. i'm so upset that I paid $80 for a set that just keeps on chipping off. I have never seen the acrylic and paint separate. This is so disappointing. I am really upset because I loved Tiffany and I loved her shop so much but I am just so disappointed and upset that I got charged $80 for a set of nails that is literally falling apart . read more
