They are over priced charged me extra to clean my rubber floor mates. When I got in my car the floor mats was still wet. They could of least dried them since was I was charged extra. they didn't do a good job drying the excess water off my car now I am left with water drip marks on my windows, side mirrors and etc.. my back passenger window still had debris on the window they didn't clean my middle compartment area I made sure there was nothing there so they would clean it. Had an incident with the assistant manager Jonathan on December 18. Called into corporate office and spoke to them about this. So I waited for the regional manager Jeff to call me and receive no call for weeks. On January 8, I called back to the corporate office and told them I never got a call. Still after 2nd call to corporate office I have to email into corporate office to get a call from Jeff the regional manager. I was told by corporate office that problem could be resolved but now no one seems to want to do that. I had a premium car wash today and they asked if I wanted a quality check I said sure. For 36.00 plus my tip I put in the container on the wall. My inside vacuum job and my weather tec mats and inside windows were horrible I know they didn't vacuum or even scrub my mats and my inside windows needed to be cleaned again. Mister Car wash took over top car wash in Andover on Round Lake Blvd. The raised their rates by $ 2.00 a wash and now longer even spray the outside of your car or offer by 1 and get the 2nd wash 1/2 off. Then they ask you for a tip for giving you less. The wash is horrible compared to Top wash as they do not dry it or wash it as well. Do not use them they are going around buying up all the little independent car washes and then charging more and giving you way less. We will never go back again. read more

I really want you to know how much I appreciate my location. I have been in this area for over 30 years. I have going here since it was Gentle Ben's. Now I am not sure if it is owned by the same people or not, but today I went to wash my car and a piece of my car came off during my wash. It was the cap to my Jack in the back. Now some may not think that it is important, but I did. I returned to my location and let them know that I think I lost it during my wash and they went to search for it without hesitation. And OMG! By far the trashiest customer service I have ever received. This car wash left my less than a month old cars windshield covered in ships. I was told the manager was not there, but would call me Monday. He did not. I called 8 times before receiving a call back. The manager, Josh, had me drive back to the car wash only to tell me I "must have driven behind a big truck". Honestly for what you pay for, this place isn't that bad! I usually get my car detailed after every winter and I usually spend the $100+ cost to get it done. I was a little slow on getting my car cleaned after the winter and well into summer, I decided to try this place out for a quick cleaning. I paid their $27 level wash and for the job they did, I can't complain. They weren't as detailed as the more expensive places, but for as quick as it was in and out, I was glad to pay the $27. They cleaned my mats, carpets, and ran over the dash and console. They are quick, they might miss a few spots, but you can't expect the same quality as the more expensive places. I got the most expensive one ($38). My first time here & thought I should detail my car finally (plus the kids split milk in the backseat- ahhh!) While they don't shampoo or clean carpets, only wipe down seats (bummer) we expected the car to be spotless if paying that much! When we got our car back, there was still crumbs in the center console & by the window. We also have water spots still on our doors. We will not come back. I love Mister Car Wash! They do an excellent job, every time. The waiting area is comfortable, clean and pleasant with free popcorn and coloring for the kids (who always seem to be with me) PLUS the opportunity to "shoot" the cars going through the wash with the soap squirt gun. Packages can be a little confusing but I find that if I tell them what I want, they can easily guide me to the right package and the prices are perfectly acceptable. The staff are friendly and pleasant AND helpful! A perfect example of a typical experience for me: I recently was driving my kids in my minivan (yup! I'm one of THOSE moms!) when the little one spilled almost an entire bottle of chocolate milk on the floor. I stopped in to see what they would charge me JUST to shampoo the carpet for me (I was NOT looking forward to smelling sour milk every time I got in the van) since I had JUST gotten a wash. They offered to do it for free! I didn't take them up on it, insisted on paying for the service but I sure appreciated the offer AND the thorough, efficient clean up they did! read more

The windshield still had bird crap on it, The car had dirt still on it, the window's all around looked like they rushed through it, were not even busy. I drive from Maple Grove to get my car washed here, because they do such a good job. I pay less and get a (much) better outcome at Mister Car Wash. On my last visit, I had spilled salad dressing down the inside of the driver's door (I know, that's why you're not supposed to eat in the car!). I didn't ask for them to pay special attention to that mess, but they did, cleaning the door, door pockets, and even under the bottom of the door to get rid of my sticky mess. I've been going to Mister Car Wash for many years and have always been satisfied until today. I paid for the basic express wash, drove my car to the wash line, followed the directions of the attendant and sat in it while my car started to go through the automatic washing cycle. Half way through the process, the empty car behind me began to repeatedly hit my bumper and shake my vehicle. I leaned on my horn and finally got the attention of the workers who shut down the line. My rear bumper was damaged and Robbie, the General Manager, apologized and told me that he'd pay to get my car fixed. Now I need to make an appointment for an estimate with the collision company that is associated with Mister Car Wash. Then I need to endure the inconvenience of being without my car while they fix my car's rear end. So I'm really not happy with the outcome. And, while I was finishing my paperwork, the owner of the car that was behind me was yelling at Robbie because his car had also been rear ended when mine was hit. My advice? Be aware that there is a problem with the automated wash line at this location. read more

Decided to stop in and get a more deep clean than taking my car through a drive-through wash. I paid $30 for the full service #1 wash package. Going in, my car (which is two years old) didn't have any paint problems (i.e. scratches, knicks, etc). I turned over my car and followed it through the wash and waited for the people drying it to have me come back to it. Went on with my next errand and in that parking lot, walked around my car to see how nice it looked. Found six large gouges in my paint in the formation of two lines, one along my rear bumper's edge and the other along the opening of my liftgate! I was shocked at the damage. I got back in my car and went straight back to the car wash. Asked for a manager who came out and took pictures. Another manager was called who left me standing in the lot while he went in and looked at camera footage. I ended up going to find them and was able to see the camera footage as well -- nothing was close up enough to see what might have happened. It would have had to have been either during the vacuuming or drying, when the liftgate was opened, to put the damage along the inside of the opening. There was no footage of these times. The manager went on to tell me that the damage was inconsistent with anything that could happen in their wash. He gave me a card to contact the 'incident center' to discuss further. Of course, when I contacted them, they said the exact same sentence that the damage was inconsistent with anything that could happen in their wash. They were unwilling to hear anything I had to say. Please be aware that Mister will not accept responsibility for what happens to your vehicle while its in their care!!! You will be on your own! Be warned. read more
