Not a fan. They definitely try to hide the fees/expenses. I got paperwork for my cleaning and they said my insurance would cover it. Now on the day of the cleaning they want to charge me an additional $200 for just the upper teeth. And $50 for the bottom work. Why didn't you notify me of these prices during all the paperwork? I've never experienced a dentist like this. And they hold your card information so they can basically charge you whenever they want. EDIT: The owner confronted me about the review to clarify some things that got misinterpreted. While I was a bit surprised he would do this I do appreciate someone so passionate and devoted to his business. After the talk I do have more trust in majestic dental. read more

I had very high hopes for this dentist. I really liked her. She was very personal my first visit there. On my first appointment I alerted her that I have a very hard time at the dentist and need to take anti-anxiety medication to even come in. This is always noted on my charts. Apparently they don't care about doing that at this dentist. I had an appointment for 1030 ok Nov 7th to pay out-of-pocket for bonding on two teeth. I arrived at 10:30 and waited 30 minutes until I was called by this time. I need to take another anxiety pill when I came into the room and was told I was going to have to wait even longer to be seen. I saw that there was multiple notes that were written on the chart and an including wrong time for check-in which they had stated was 1045 which was wrong it was 10:30 Without my consent or knowledge, they added two more procedures onto my chart which included two more fillings on the top teeth. When I asked why two more feelings were added to the procedure when that is not what I came for I was told "well that's what's on your chart and that's what you need " and could not give me an explanation. The dental hygienist was very aware. I was having a panic attack, I took my medicine in front of her because I had waited so long already and did not care. If you have to pay out-of-pocket here, please make sure you go and get multiple quotes. They were going to charge me over $900 for two bonding of the teeth. I went to a separate dentist that same day to talk to them and they were only going to charge me $140 per tooth. Today on Saturday November 8th, I received an automated message saying that I was a no-show and if I want to return to their office, I need to leave a deposits. That i had already missed 3 or more appointments. This was only 2nd visit to this dentist... okay... No phone call to see if you're OK and when would you like to return. Why would I return here in the 1st place? No customer service here. They obviously do not care about their patients. Don't waste your time and energy. read more

We were recommended this office by another office when I was having massive mouth pain from a botched bridge job/ I went to multiple dentists and they could not find the issue/ other offices would work on my mouth and I was still in massive pain. Majestic dental found that I had an infection that was going up into my sinus-unfortunately my insurance would not cover any of the life saving work I needed done but this office worked with me and made me feel taken care of. I live all the way in Idyllwild and make the commute out here every visit. I was able to get a whole new bridge and will continue to get work done on the rest of my mouth. Had my wisdom teeth removal done by Doctor Dabrani and was given the best service! I was provided with numbing and was awake during the entire time without any pain! The healing process was very smooth and I had no complications. I was okay to eat and drink normally not even a week later. The receptionist was very helpful and very welcoming as well. Searched the net and found him for "full mouth" restoration and more. First odd thing was that he required payment up front without seeing you first. He is never available to you one way or the other. Without any visit or examination in person, his assistant who knows another about anything says that the doctor who is never available to talk to the patient directly, to go to oral surgeon and he knows no one to refer you to! They then cancel your appointment! So much runaround and you never pass Percilia to see or talk to the doctor. Lots of claims but zero delivery. read more

This dentist gave me major red flags the moment I walked in. They charged me $249 for a cleaning upfront 14 mins before closing. It seemed suspicious how they stated they would stay open longer just to do the cleaning. The hygienist stated it would be a deep cleaning but to me it felt rushed and like she did not do a very good job. After they took X-rays and the doctor went over them with me, she recommended a list of procedures such as replacing fillings to 'make them look better' and because the way they were done was 'not done properly' and they weee going to send them to the lab to get them done etc. Once the receptionist gave me the pricing, it was going to be 4-5 visits totaling about $1,500. When I was a bit hesitant with the price, the receptionist was very pushy telling me how I needed to get it done until I gave in. During my second visit I had a hygienist do a filling when normally they're done by the dentist. To me it felt a bit sketchy. After these visits I had to cancel my last appointments with no plans of going back. For other dentists I normally pay after the services are done not before. I ended up going to another dentist recently and they took extensive X-rays and told me my teeth were perfect and I did not need anything done on my teeth. This made me feel like this dentist was going to have me get unnecessary services done as they are only after the money. Now after reading their home page on Yelp and noticing they are infiltrating positive reviews from the same IP address makes me wonder their legitimacy. BEWARE! read more

Great dental office, they pay attention to detail. I came in for a deep cleaning and some minor cavity fills. They removed most of my deep stains and only use white filling for cavities which is a very good thing! I hate the dental offices that still use that ugly grey filling.
