I recently got a new insurance through my husband and got excited to find good dental nearby. I saw that majestic have 5 stars rating so I called right away. I had to call few times to figure out the dental plan. I have my plan down from the website. I gave her my husband info, full Ssn to look, since I don't have his dental ID. After a while, I got a call back from her saying that my plan will only pay to me, that I have to pay upfront and they reimburse me. Now that sounds weird Bc obviously that's not what I have here. I called my insurance company and they told me differently that I'm covered full. So I called the dental office again, to ensure they got my insurance correct, even gave them the ID this time. They said that they did and even pulled my husband ID #, and still said the same thing. I got pretty frustrated Bc I'm so confused. So as a medical provider myself, I asked "are you in network?", and finally she said, "no we are out of network". This explains why! So I cancelled my appointment. Wednesday is my only day off. And if she told me at the beginning that she's out of network, it will save me all the calling headaches and frustrations and maybe able to get another appointment at a different office. Disclaimer: I never seen here or even step in the office. Two stars because staff is nice and polite mostly, but I trying to twist the wording to bring patient in the office can cause a lot of frustration. Patient should understand their insurance is not cover by provider, not that their insurance doesn't cover. read more

After took Xray tooth and said I need to have crown put on my tooth not recommend to remove tooth. But I keep asking to have tooth remove. End up the dentist don't want to do it and send me to the specialist and they charged me $75. read more

I've been getting my semi-annual cleanings done here for a couple years now and I love it! Been hopping from dental studios for a while since I was younger and I think I found the best place yet. I started out Dr. Kent and then have been scheduled with Dr. Jennifer for a few time since Dr. Kent was busy then. You know this place is good when the doctors and staff only clean your teeth. No chattering while the cleaning like other places I've been to. Which is awesome! Both are so nice and sweet! I've found my dentist for life! I am NO longer afraid of NEEDLES. One of the reasons I stay away from the dentist is my phobia of the needle shots. But Dr. Houston is so good with it. I did not even feel the shot. He applies a topical numbing cream first then rubs the area and inserts the needle without any pinch or pain while he rubs the area. Man I wished my previous dentist did this. I really appreciate his through explanation of my deep cleaning and his staff is really a pleasure to work with. Great dentists and staff here at Majestic Dental. Their customer service is excellent! I've gotten my wisdom teeth extraction done here by Dr. Houston Nguyen. I was quite nervous when I was in his office waiting to get my teeth extracted. Dr. Nguyen was able to make me feel relaxing and told me how long this process will take(about 1-2 hours depending on your teeth) and told me that it shouldn't hurt at all because of anesthesia and I did not feel any pain during the process. Also, the dentists here will let you know before they start doing anything to you or put anything in your mouth. Overall, got my 4 wisdom teeth removed and on the same week i did not feel much pain, my face wasn't crazy swelling. The process for the extraction was great and services they provided were wonderful. (5 stars for this dental place, 5 stars for Dr. Houston Nguyen, 5 stars for Dr. Le Van.) The environment for this place is also really nice and clean. It does not smell like any other dental places. This is a place I would recommend anyone who wants to get their wisdom teeth extraction done (They did a great job on mines) or just come and get your regular teeth cleaning and you will experience how awesome these people are. read more

The environment of this place is really cute. There's a kids area for the children to play around with, comfy chairs, and free water bottles! The only things I can see that would greatly turn this place into a GREAT place are to get new magazines (there's only Sports and Ways to Use Money as of now?) and that a water station should be in the waiting room. Everyone hates going to dental appointment but going to Majestic for all my teeth related issues makes it super bearable. Everyone from the front desk to the dentist is really friendly. They never fail to ask me about my day or making me very welcomed. As for the actual appointments, I have never had a bad experience.
