I am very sure I have left a good review for customer service for this place years ago but the standards have since plummeted. Also I have spent quite a bit here for one thing or another and except for the semaglutude shots other treatments haven't been great. I also notice the owner is quite hostile towards other negative reviewers, each and every one. Reviews are supposed to be used to improve the services you provide, if you need to do an in service on your vastly new staff you do that. When your NP had poked me 8 times and couldn't get my IV, I was patient (I am a RN myself), and let the pink haired blue truck, now has left lady only start my IVS. The laser hair removal like someone else has said is in effective, I have successfully done that treatment elsewhere but I quit coming for those and have more treatments I can donate to someone that wants to waste their time. I wanted to ask to see a different NP this last time Because I felt the last visit wasn't good but again am all for giving people chances. I had my appointment on the 23rd for semaglutude and pharmacy didn't get it until may 31st when I called wondering why I didn't get the meds. Amman don't fight reviewers. Work on your staff. These e meant to help you. Also the Botox service I received from a different American spa was much better but they're not in my area this spa is down the street from me but I'll have to look around now for a better place. read more

Michelle is amazing! You can tell she has been doing this for a while. She is quick but takes her time with each customer. She was able to correct issues from another spa! Only downside is that you may have to wait... they are typically behind. read more

I have found my happy place! Michelle is nothing but fantastic. A real artist. She gave me just what I wanted. I did brow lift neck lift with threads and lips and jawline filler as well as Botox over neck and forehead. To top it all off the pricing here is fantastic. I signed up for laser hair removal and purchased a package to treat 2 different areas. I previously had laser hair removal from a different place on different areas and it was very successful. I still had one more treatment session, but really did not want to go because I have not noticed any difference throughout the sessions. I went to my final session to discuss that my treatments had not been successful. I was told "Yes, sometimes that happens, that's why we tell our customers that it may not work". I was never told this at any time before signing up. I also found out there were two different settings, one of which was a higher frequency but also more painful. I knew that LHR was slightly painful from having it done years ago. I would have elected to use the higher frequency for better results in the hopes that the hundreds of dollars I paid would have been worth it. So basically I paid for nothing, with no offer for atleast an extra treatment or two using the different frequency. The technician was polite, but I paid for treatment which was unsuccessful. I was told I could look on Groupon for other LHR places.... Not a good way to promote business or retain customers. I would suggest you look at other places for actual results instead of wasting your money here. read more

Friendly but incompetent. Please do your research and be aware there is no medical attention at this facility. Michelle left a scar on the tip of my nose! Really upsetting. I had a severe reaction to tear trough injections. Even after an office visit, calling, and text messages they ultimately couldn't help me. At its worst, Michelle was unavailable (on vacation) and the staff "nurse" didn't know what to do. I had to see an actual MD to get a six day course of steroids. After calling and establishing the fact that they do indeed accept care credit I made an appointment for fillers,When I came to my appointment after driving for one hour I was told they only accept Care credit for hormone replacement! Leaving a review because I made my decision to come based off reviews and this place deserves it! Got a groupon for dysport after reading the reviews on here to make sure it was legit and people had a good experience. I had never had dysport or Botox and was nervous about it and having it look unnatural. Let me just say Michelle is amazing, she explains everything to you, answers all your questions thoroughly and never rushes you. She gives you all your options and never pushes you to purchase anything else actually encourages you to start on the less expensive side to make sure your happy. Got the dysport plus a little extra and she did an amazing job it looks natural and was quick and easy to do. She discussed my future skin care concerns and we have a plan for future treatments which she also based around upcoming sales and told me the best time to purchase. She's honestly so sweet and so professional and does an amazing job. She's always looking to save you money and never pushy. I didn't expect to find a long term place off a groupon but I love her work and will be recommending to all my friends. The services themselves are alway exceptional, but their time management sucks. My appointment today was at 3:30 and I wasn't seen until 4:35!!! I had arranged an hours worth of child care for what was supposed to be a five minute appointments. The to not be seen till an hour later it's very irritating. Doubled with the irritation of having been told on the phone that the service would be $75 to then in office be told that no in fact what I wanted on special was $149. When I questioned the difference Michelle's comment was well if your budget can only allow... It had nothing to do with my budget, And everything to do with not being informed properly on the phone. Today is not the only time the have been late My last three laser hair removal sessions were all scheduled for 8 AM and we're 15 to 30 minutes late as well. I almost don't want to review this place, as it's my secret to looking young and feeling great. As a physician myself I am very picky about, who I let inject me, i have seen to many cases of botched. Let me tell you about Michelle she is either the Michaelangelo(think Sistine Chapel) of filler or a magician. What really sets her apart is her focus on your customer experience. From the minute you first sit down with her, you can tell she wants you to have the best experience possible, while keeping your goals in mind. You will come out looking better than you did 15 yrs ago. Can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Lychelle is the best! Having had some bad Botox experiences, she carefully heard my cries of fear and hesitation. She worked with me and made great suggestions about how to adjust the amounts. SO SUPER HAPPY! The spa is easy to get to and very plush. If you have never tried Botox, you must! It's the least scary way to make a difference in your wrinkles. Who doesn't want to look better!?!?! I had 450 dollars of dysport two weeks ago. At the time I was a little concerned with the technique because it was more like a rapid fire pricking than injections that lasted in whole less than a minute. I made the two week follow up only because of the large amount of movement and full movement around my mouth. I might add that to make matters worse I waited 45 minutes for what should have been a quick follow up. I have been getting injections for close to 15 years and a nurse so it is not as if I do not know what I'm talking about. I spent around 100 dollars more than I would normally because it has been awhile. To have this much movement in every area is not normal for me in my experiences but was told that this was for this spa. I am now making an appointment with another facility to finish what I believe 450 dollars should have taken care of. I encourage you to get in writing what kind of movement will still be present after your treatment. read more
