Sallam did my nails and really listened (!) ..... my shape is squoval ....with a raised middle. He spoke English, understood exactly what I wanted, and nailed the shape and finish. Attention to detail shows. The vibe is hip and welcoming without being pretentious. They offer water and beverages, play trending music, and have several TVs. The polish selection is extensive, and the techs can do complex nail art you usually only on Insta.... def a higher skill level than most ! I'm glad I chose this spot instead of driving to Orlando. And frankly, I'm tired of overpaying in The Villages for lower quality. People are already coming from all over, and I see why. Bottom line: Great work, clean space, thoughtful service. I don't mind calling to make an appointment but the ease of booking online is so practical as typically it's not until later in the evening i remember to make an appointment and the location may be closed already. I had a mani-pedi combo yesterday. The young man did a good job on the pedicure. However the…read moremanicure was less than optimal. It was done at the pedicure station. I felt this setup was not so good. It was awkward to apply polish with him beside the chair. The two coats of polish were ok, but he just ran the top coat in one stoke down the center of the nail leaving a shiny streak. By evening some of the polish had already chipped on one nail. He let me sit ther with my fingers in front of a small fan, while he went on to the next client. I didn't think he was ever coming back, so I started to get myself out of this setup. He noticed and came over to help me. He did not check my nails at all. I had to put a clear coat on myself after I got home. I've had good service from the others, and will go back to the salon but I don't think I will use him again.
