I have been here a few times. Nice salon. Very clean. But it ends there. My first visit was good. Manicure. My second visit ok. Mani pedi. My pedi was good. Except the owner let a solicitor in to go chair to chair to sell cheap holographic artwork to support a mission group. I was not interested. Annoyed to be interrupted while trying to relax and don't believe she had anything to do with a mission and was trying to earn money for a trip. My mani was not good. Very rough. . Even after I said I am arthritic and to take it easy. Tech was digging at my nails and caused quite a bit of pain that lasted days on my finger tips. But the fool I am I went back. Third time has to be the charm right?! Made an appointment this time. It's my birthday I am treating myself. My daughter in law is with me. Her pedi was good. I opted for mani pedi again. Mani was ok. The tech was attentive. She was kind. My pedi. Well it has left me pissed off. The tech sawed at my heels with that stone. I am now suffering with abrasions and scratches. Did I mention I have arthritis? The tech was trying to lift my legs to heights that are not possible. Add arthritis to the mix. And now I have back pain. Heel pain from the scratches she caused. I told the tech I have arthritis I cannot lift my legs the way she needs. Nor should I. And after 30 years of pedis. Never had this issue. She was annoyed with me because I couldn't move my feet where she needed. Remember. I am getting a mani. There is a pillow on my lap. I can't see my feet. I have never had tech be so frustrated and rude. Insult to injury! I paid for a 10 minute massage. Never got it. The mani tech did my massage that is included in the price of the manicure. The tech doing my pedi did not. I should have spoken up when checking out. But I was so annoyed. My back hurting. My heels hurting. I just wanted to go home. Never again. And warning to others watch the attitudes there. Also watch because the tech doing my pedi was shit talking me! I have a translator on my phone. As we all do. Never ever again! So tired of paying money for attitude and half ass care! Wish I could get my money back for every visit! Terrible service! read more

It took me a few weeks after my service to wrap my head around this experience here. My pedicure was the worst one I've ever received. Rough to the point it was ridiculous/ extremely sloppy job. Also, my tech tried to pressure me to upgrade my services excessively after I told her no. She asked another 5 -6 times at least aggressively. When I left my feet BURNED for the rest of the day. That has never happened to me in my life. Also the manager at the front desk had surveillance up on one screen and was playing a video game on his other screen. lol. Do not recommend. read more

I did not get cuticle care on my feet and she cut me because she filed my skin over four times she hurt my feet very bad and made me BLEED!!!! Came here today for a pedicure for the first time and they were great! I was one of 3 people in there so there was no wait. Very clean and bright, I really enjoyed the atmosphere. am less than pleased with my experience here. I paid for a dip manicure & pedicure with regular polish. The technician told me the first color I chose would not look good - tested it on an acrylic tip and I loved the color, but it was a little sheer. She recommended changing colors, so I asked for OPI Funny Bunny on my fingers and toes. Well, my fingers are true white. I asked if she grabbed the right color and she said yes, but someone next to me asked for funny bunny and their technician said they don't have it. Hmm? Overall, the shape and color of my nails are fine, but not what I asked for. Attached below is a photo of my funny bunny toes and my friends white toes - my nails are absolutely white, but was argued with and told they're not. My toes!! The technician was on her phone throughout my WHOLE pedicure. Used ONE hand to "massage" my legs/feet as she texted. She started to scrub my feet and I giggled and told her I'm very ticklish - heads up. She put the tool down and didn't scrub my feet anymore. I assumed she was giving me a break and would go back to it, nope! I was leaving and asked her to put the plastic toe thing between my toes, she said "you're good, thank you" I get out of the car (45 min drive home) and my toes are AWFUL. I was in the area running errands and thought I'd relax here for a bit, but it was complete opposite. I now will be paying a different salon to correct the work of lazy, unprofessional technicians. My friends technician also wasn't paying attention and flooded her pedicure, leaving our shoes wet when we left read more

Always five stars. The Place: Spacious with great massage seats and totally clean. The Staff: So nice, polite and more accommodating than any other place I've ever been. The Price: It gets a little pricey if you get higher priced experiences BUT totally WORTH IT!! This is by far one of the best nail salon experiences I've ever had. For my $50 pedicure I get a massage, I get oiled and wrapped and tons of warm towels, as well as exfoliated and generally well cared for. I got a gel manicure, which she did WHILE i was getting my pedicure which was so luxurious. Who can complain when all your extremities are getting pampered for a fair price. A must! I really wanted to enjoy my experience here but my pedicure, for lack of a better word, just felt aggressive. My nail technician trimmed my nails to the point where it hurt and although I voiced that to her she repeated the same technique on the other side. The massage portion of the pedicure was also uncomfortable as she was digging her nails in to my legs and feet. I've had multiple pedicures before and haven't experienced anything like this. The technician was thorough, however, and she did a great job on the color. Not sure if I just had a one-off experience but I feel very hesitant to return after my pedicure. read more

I was pleased that I was able to request an appointment online and receive a prompt response. I arrived and realized appointments don't seem to matter as the very nice man asked me what I wanted and never checked that I made an appointment. My pedicure tech Sonny was rough and didn't listen. He cut my nails too short and then cut me with a nail file. i specifically said very little cutting but I guess it fell on deaf ears as he did what he wanted. My manicure tech was nice and did a decent job but wanted to rush me out and it caused a nail smear that she had to fix, Sonny seemed very concerned about me paying. I noticed he did the same thing with the girl he was helping when I got there. I thought it was because he was leaving for the day but after he checked me out he went back to work. It was aggressive for no reason and I will never go back for this and all the other reasons listed. My fiancé was gifted a pedicure for Father's Day and I picked this salon. My friend has been raving about this salon for some time so I figured this would be the one. We arrived we were walk in's and they had us in seated in massage chairs immediately. My fiancé had a Jelly pedicure done by Cindy. She was wonderful! the pedicure looks amazing and the foot massage was great. I got a Dip Manicure done by Karen! I was her last appointment of the day. I love my mani it's so simple but classy. My daughter had dip tips, and it was terrible. They were super thick, uneven, and one cracked hours after we got home. The nail tech also was extremely rough and my daughter's cuticles were terribly sore and some are peeling. We were charged extra for "coffin shape" but she didn't ask for coffin shape- she just asked for square edges, and was never told any fee would be added. AND the nail tech picked the wrong dip powder, and then when it was pointed out said it was fine (it was not fine). This is all extra disappointing because I had a pedicure and it was really good. I will likely go back for a pedicure, but my daughter won't and is now trying to decide if she needs to take the nails off because they still hurt. read more

Went in to get a dip manicure and regular pedi before my business trip, and it was an amazing experience. I came in around 6pm on a Tuesday and all the technicians were attending other clients so I did wait around 15-20 min, but I didn't mind at all since I sat in the massage chair and they ample amounts of tv to keep you occupied. They also offer you coffee, wine, water, and soda which is super nice. Zelda and holly were wonderful! Super friendly and sweet. Zelda did one of the BEST dip manicures I've ever gotten and Holly made my feet look good again and her attention to detail was phenomenal. Dip manicure was $35 and a basic pedi was $28 - very decent prices for the value they provide. Definitely will be coming back! read more

I've been coming to this nail salon for almost two years now, but I feel like their service is going down hill. I just got a pedicure and it was the worst experience I've had. The nail tech was extremely rough and even though I slightly complained, she continued her same technique. I was in a hurry for her to finish because it was such an unpleasant experience. In addition, she wet all my pants when rinsing the scrub off my legs. I understand accidents happen, but I feel that she got me wet because she was such in a hurry to move on to the next customer. Additionally, I don't understand why they started charging $5 to remove your nails if I got them done with them the last time around. It's obvious that removing the old dip is part of getting your nails done. It just seems as another way to increase their prices and it's getting ridiculous. She sanded the sides so much that she sanded the polish off and the tops were not smooth. She was willing to fix it but my the end my cuticles were bleeding and the polish was all over my hands. She tried to wipe the polish off my skin but when it didn't she said it would come off after I wash my hands a few times! I've never experienced a manicure so bad before. My nail beds literally hurt. Update: I did go back in and said this is not ok and the owner fixed them and refunded my money. Although my experience in the past was above average, yesterday was one of the worst experiences I ever had! I believe the tech's name was Beth. It was obvious she did not know what she was doing. I should have stopped the process after the 1st time she burned me with the drill: my bad.
