I wouldn't even give this place ONE star. The experience was absolutely horrendous. After waiting for service, it took over two hours to complete a mani/pedi--even though they were being done at the same time. We were burned multiple times by scalding-hot water, which was completely unacceptable. My sister-in-law sat there for 40 minutes before they even started on us. They also had to ask us seven times what color we had chosen, even though they had written it down. The service was practically nonexistent, and honestly, it seemed like they were completely inexperienced with manicures and pedicures. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon or establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

French tip dip nails. Got them done 4 days ago and they are already chipping. Top coat is chipping off and top of all nails is rough. When I got the nails done, my nails were done by an older lady. She rushed, didn't have attention to detail, and I had to ask twice to get them fixed. Nails were bulky, different lengths, unfiled and just cheaply done. I asked someone else to file some down one more time before paying, and she was able to make the nails look presentable. All the extra work on the nails made them bumpy, uneven and the top coat over top coat did more damage than good. I wish the first lady would have just done them right the first time. I wanted to be in and out since I was one of the only people there that early in the morning but it ended up costing me many hours and a good chunk of money for not great service or result. On top of that experience, it was not a nice site to see workers just sit around and watch my nail lady the whole time I was there. They just sat there a few feet away. It was not relaxing from a client's point of view. I came here a few years ago and things were great. Now I have to say I'm pretty disappointed and wouldn't go here again. read more

I debated leaving this review and truly gave it some time. But a few weeks ago I took my daughter for mani/pedis, their first time. I had a "manicure" that took all of 5 mins and cost $22 although I did no polish. However my real issue is that my daughter developed a really bad infection in her cuticle (paronychia). I'm a nurse so I treated it at home, drained it cleaned it, but here we are a month out and my daughter is going to lose her nail. We have done a full course of antibiotics and are still dealing with challenges. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this salon due to the high likelihood that their tools are dirty. read more

I have been going to this salon for a couple of years and I love it! Every time I walk in, the staff are always kind and greet me with such respect. I love their variety of color choices for dip, polish, and gel. They even have a wall that matches dip powders and polishes for matching fingers and toes! They have always been honest about wait-times (if there is one) and services + prices. Majestic has always listed their prices and services on their website including the extra costs for removals, added extensions, and other upgrades. In addition, the environment is always clean, organize, and really pretty as well! My niece took me here for my birthday, and we got two pedicures. I had a male manicurist, and she was pretty rough. I didn't like that he didn't have my feet soaking in the water at first. She went right into taking off my gel polish. he cut my nails crooked and he broke my big toenail. He had to get glue to fix it. I knew my massage was going to be crap when she was massaging both legs at the same time. You cannot massage a foot correctly with one hand. I am a licensed manicurist from CA and I know what is a massage is two consist of. My massage lasted five minutes. What a rip off and he didn't even touch my feet. I want to start by saying I have been to and loved this place before. I really would not usually leave a negative review from one bad experience- however I left pretty disappointed in the money I'd spent. I had scheduled the mid level pedicure and specially asked for a manicure with my nexgen (I find that the nexgen lasts longer and looks better when they clean up your cuticles and shape your nails first). I had booked an appointment for this online on Monday and it was clearly not noted when I arrived. I was moved to a station. Both technicians went so quickly and abrasively through buffing and shaping my nails. I ended up with 2 cuts on my fingers and one on my toes. Again, it's happened before and not a huge deal, but I did start feeling rushed which was disappointing after making an appointment days in advance. At this point the tech doing my nexgen started the dipping powder and noticed they hadn't given the shaping I requested for the manicure. I pointed that out and she said she would do it after. (Spoiler- she did not. I wasn't going to remind her after every other part of the service was so rough and rushed) As my tech was clearly finishing I was a little disappointed in the finish of my nexgen. Uneven and now that a couple days have passed, they already are peeling up and look so grown out. She finished the top coat and left. I didn't correct her about not doing the manicure because, honestly, it wouldn't have served a purpose after the powder had already been done. So I let my toes dry and went up to pay. It totaled $95 and I could see it included the manicure. I corrected the manager and let him know I'd not received the manager. He confirmed this with my tech and my total came out to $90. I was baffled at how the service could come out so high but honestly the man working the front desk had been so dismissive and rude (not only to myself, but to other customers as well) I did not want to deal with the experience further. This used to be my favorite spot, but I'd recommend you look elsewhere read more

Came to this salon on a whim. I have been to a few nail salons in the area and have not been super happy with the services. I was so happy that they could take me in immediately. The salon is beautiful and the staff are so kind. I came in for a full acrylic set with gel and a pedicure. Amanda did my nails and Carmen did my pedicure. Both were very nice, very through and made sure that I was happy every step of the services. I am so happy to have found a salon in my new home. My sisters and I came here on a Friday. There was no wait and got seated right away. Staff is amazing. They're really nice and accommodating. I got the royal pedicure, and price is pretty good for what you get. Some places charge extra for hot stone, but it came with the package. On my second visit to this nail salon I was extremely disappointed.... in the "owner". I went in for a pedicure and a nail dip. The pedicure was great. But the dip .. not so much. I wanted a French manicure but the tech made the white part as thick as 1/2 my nail. When I tried to explain to make it thinner.... that's when the owner became involved. I was the only customer in the shop at the time. The owner became enraged. Telling me that "these are little people ... single mothers,,,, you making them cry" I said why are you yelling at me? She would walk away then come back to scream more. I said just take this off my nails I don't want it... so another tech brought over a baggie filled with a liquid and motioned for me to put my hand in- I did and my fingers instantly started burning... I asked her what is that? Do you know what you're doing? The owner lost her mind at this point. All I wanted to do was pay for my pedicure and leave. Finally they used the dremmel to get off what they could, I apologized to the tech if I got her in trouble- gave her $20, paid for the pedicure and a manicure - which I shouldn't have bc my nails were chewed up from the dremmel and whatever was in that bag. I told the "owner " that I too am a single mother and a nurse. That doesn't excuse poor service and if you're going to take customers in a pandemic perhaps you shouldn't scream at them. read more
