Do not go here! My friend & I couldn't have had a worse service! We walked in about 3 on a Friday. There was a decent amount of people there but they definitely were busy. The guy at the front pointed to the back and told us to wash our hands, not going there before we didn't know it was in the middle not the back like directed. Then we were taken to our seats without getting to pick out colors. After sitting there a while he brought us a color wheel, with not the best choices. We wanted mani's with gel bud pedi's with normal color but we're never given the chance to say that even after trying to talk over our specialist several times. The foot spa didn't work on my chair and the water was cold but they wouldn't move me. The friend I came with was getting married the next day and made a comment about her wedding and they ignored her! We came here since they have a full bar and others were given a drink menu, we were not. The bride even asked for a drink and was ignored. I've never had a more painful nail appointment. I was cut several times while they were trimming my toe nails. One toe was bleeding a lot and another hurt so bad it startled me and I screamed. I had pain for several days after and have kept an eye on the cuts to make sure they don't get infected. We both got gel color on our skin that wasn't cleaned off. Both of our nails were bumpy, uneven and can see through the paint in some spots. I'm honestly not sure how someone licensed does this poorly. Now let's talk price. For a pedicure with normal paint & manicure on short nails with gel polish cost $78 without tip. Gel polish alone was a $20 added charge. Even if it was applied well I'm not sure it's worth $20, it's sure not enough extra work or product for that. Unless you like being hurt and throwing away money.... DONT GO HERE! Cuts, infection and nail fungus.... I came here back in June with our family. and I got my usual gel nails. This is the 2nd time coming here. Not only did the technician cut the crap out of the side of my finger nails, but she didn't bother to clean up the blood that was pooling or put the medicine serum when they do nip you. I even asked her and she said she would , then never did. At the end I was showing my sister and the other tech that has done our nails in the past "Cali"...and she goes "oh yeah that sucks. She's new...". Ummm really??!! Bottom line both my ring fingers hurt so bad ended up getting infected and for weeks. The skin was so tender and sore. 8 weeks later and had a new salon take a look and she was like wow girl you have a nail fungus on your nails. My Nails were lifting up and turning white at the tips. As you can see by the pics. She told me my nails were so weak, clean them up and buffed them only and told me how to cure it. Soak in warm salt water and use tea tree oil daily. Our normal salon was booked so we stopped by and they were able to get us right in. My daughter was getting Nexgen Nails done. They do not use the Nexgen brand but they do have powder dipped nails. The only good thing I have to say is my daughters nails look good, and they were efficient with time! See pictures. So let me get to the 2 stars. We walked in and half the workers were standing outside. All very young all on their phones. Zero customer service. There was no welcome in, what do you need is all. I told him my daughter needed nails and he said okay sat her, and she picked the color. They asked if I wanted any service and I stated I would do a foot massage. He told me 10$ per 10 minutes. I said I would do 20 minutes. I sat down, he proceeded to tell a guy that argued with him and didn't want to do the service. The guy then walks over and says it's supposed to be 30$ not 20$. So I refused service because it wasn't really needed. What we purchased Powder dipped nails with tip Pink matte finish The prices were not listed. So we are in Frisco and usually prices around are comparable to service. They charged her for the matte dip, even though that was the color 257, they charged her a total of 60$ -45$ for the powder dip, 5$ for tip and 5$ for a matte. No prices were discussed and no prices were posted. The average cost in our area is 45-50$ 50$ is higher side. They def do not charge for the tip, tacky. also how do you charge extra for the damn color. If that is the case place in another book. Once a price has been stated you honor it-speaking of massage. Super tacky to come after I had agreed to the price of the service and change it. When he clearly didn't want to provide service and was on his phone the entire time. I was a walk in, and let me tell you I got the best service. I'm from california and found this place on yelp and decided to wing it. I'm not sure who the nail tech was who did my nails but the fact that I simply showed her a picture and she EXACTLY replicated it speaks volumes. She clearly was a popular nail tech because as the time went on and the salon got busy you could tell that she was in need and even despite the salon needing her she STILL took her time and didn't rush my nail design at all. I didn't think I'd ever drive 40 minutes just for a mani and pedi, but I'd heard good things about this place and when I decided to go for a drive, I realized I was not far away. I got there and even though I didn't have an appointment, I was there early enough on Saturday before it got busy. I got a charcoal pedicure from Maria and her energy was so warm and inviting, it was so needed. After being in a car accident and having to go to physical therapy, my feet had been super neglected but Maria got me all the way together. When I told her that my shoulder was still healing, she disappeared and came back with a heated pad for my neck and she continued to warm it for the duration of the pedicure. Then another young lady came up as I was on the pedi chair and started working on my hands, so I didn't have to move. They cleaned my cuticles and made my feet and hands look like they'd never missed any attention at all. Even though it is far from my home, I will continue to come there as long as Maria is there. I'm not someone who's gonna go out there and complain but wow did I have a horrible experience. My nail artist was Kay. Not only did he arrive at the salon 30-40mins after my appointment was scheduled for, he hurt me while filing down my nails numerous times. I then had to ask him 3 times to redo the art because it looked so bad and then when he was done with my one black nail it had white smudged all over. The tips of my nails aren't even finished off?? I have paint & powder left all over my hands. Won't be coming back here, save your money and look somewhere else! Update: not even 24hrs after my appointment and my nail art and top coat is peeling off. The salon was understanding and asked me to go back to take the set off and refund me. Do not come here. Absolutely terrible. I went in for dip (which I confirmed that they charge $45 for). On my receipt I was charged for "Color Full Set $55" and "Take off Acrylics $10" I have my natural nails, I do not have acrylics, or even tips and she knew that. The main reason I called the salon later after returning home was to get my nails fixed because they're extremely lumpy. However, they said the woman who did my nails earlier is the only one who can do them or else I'll be charged. Awful experience! I made an appointment for 4 PM on 12/23. I asked for an earlier time but they said come at 4:00. I was kept waiting for 30 minutes and was not offered a drink. Right before my pedicure started I asked for some champagne. She couldn't pop the cheap plastic cork out so I said white wine would be ok. That wine was so old it had turned to vinegar. Throw that stuff out! My 45 minute pedicure lasted only 30 minutes. I pointed that out but was still charged $50. My disappointment was reflected in the lack of tip. If you were too busy to take me at your specified time, it would have been appreciated if you would have said you were totally booked. I was looking forward to a relaxing pedicure before Christmas. My daughter and I stopped in for mani/pedis. Pedis were started after about 10 minutes of soaking. Both nail techs were nice. Another tech started on my daughter's manicure about a third of the way into her pedi. The tech pushed for her to do a gel mani. She said no. He questioned her why she didn't want a gel manicure and she said she likes to change polish often. At that point he kind of got up and never returned. I feel when he realized she only needed a polish change, he decided to go onto another (higher paying) customer. Literally as the final strokes of polish were being put on our toes, they made motions to start manicures. I absolutely shut that down as I had been sitting waiting an hour for the mani already. I know the staff will say "oh we tried but you turned us down". I felt the salon wasn't interested in serving us because we didn't want a more expensive mani. I'm pretty disappointed as it was my birthday and I had dinner plans and now I will be going out without having the mani I was looking forward to. This place is awful I only gave them one star because I couldn't give them zero I called and scheduled an appointment for 12 o'clock today and it is now 1255 and I sat in there for 45 minutes without anything the reason why is because when I first walked in I mention like hey I usually do the next GEN dipping powder on my nails and he was like well everybody here prefers to do acrylic and I'm like OK that's fine but I do dip I don't do acrylic and he was like OK I'll see if anyone wants to do your nails and he said no no one wants to do your nails so after that I said well I need to get a pedicure so I just won't do the nails I'll still pedicure and again I waited 45 minutes and the only thing he did it was ran water to suggest I was going to be next getting my pedicure and no one did anything. It was really just awful sitting there with absolutely no service again I truly feel like I didn't get service because I prefer the dipping powder over acrylic and to say no one wants to do your nails because I prefer something on my nails that I am paying for is truly disgusting. And I have a nail shop I usually go to but I've recently moved in this is definitely closer to where I live now that is the only reason why I was coming here so I will just have to drive to 40 minutes and go to my regular nail shop and not have to explore other options for this reason. I really can't believe that someone would ask their employees who do all deals what their website say if anyone wants to do it and everyone says no that says a lot about your establishment and your business. read more

Wish I could give the place 5 zeros instead of stars. Came in town for a wedding and came here to get a refill with gel polish and pedicure. The staff wasn't very friendly especially the person doing my pedicure. She kept pushing my foot when she needed me to move them or swap them and was extremely rough. Didn't enjoy this pedicure at all. Next I was told I'd be getting my nails done by Chloe. Waited about 45 minutes for her and my party I was with had already finished getting both manicures and pedicures while I was kept waiting. Asked to have someone else and was told no. Chloe finally comes and I asked for a cut down and she just filed them shorter. They are uneven and different shapes. The polish is streaky and unevenly coated. Several nails have chipped and it's been less than 24 hours. Finally asked to get my eyebrows waxed and the person who was supposed to do them left and when I asked about it she told me she would be back later. While my husband was at the icryo, I decided to get my nails done. My regular salon is Nail Boutique in Allen. I came in and asked for the exact same nail design I already had on my natural nails, in which I pay $55 for at Nail Boutique. I asked him for a price list they didn't have one, the guy up front told me it ranges about $40. The technician who did my nails was lighting fast, He removed my old nails with the Acrylic bur, shavings were flying everywhere even into my Mimosa. I had my baby asleep in her carrier, shavings were on her head. He told me that they didn't have the iridescent white color I wanted, ok fine, he picked one for me. Pressed flower design, told him how the my technician does it, he said he does it a different way OK fine. I have a white base underneath, this time he made it clear the whole way through. I told him dipping powder at the front counter, they didn't do that, he use gel flopped it on top, shaped it around my existing nail then slightly filed it, done. He then use the acrylic bur for two seconds to shape the base, then the top topcoat, done. I'm disappointed, my nails and experience was not worth the $75 they charged me. read more

I visited this salon today b/c of the advertised 20% off deal. I had a pedicure and a gel manicure. The lady who did my pedicure was awesome and I love it. But my gel manicure was insanely terrible. Forst she could not figure out what polish to use and what machine was needed. Then she screwed up the first layer so had to scrape it off of my nails. All without telling me what she was doing. When reapplying the polish it was lumpy and uneven. She even looked at my nails several times which clearly looked bad and just smiled and kept going. I would give 0 stars. Customer service is absolute trash. First, most of these techs came from Oscar Nail Bar Plano so I am very familiar with their work. No first time customer. I used to speak highly of Sam-- she gives classes and I went to her back when she wasn't half way as good as she is now. I guess things have went to her head. I went today and paid $130 for nails that are not what I asked. When I asked her to fix them (2 NAILS ONLY) she got upset and tells me figure out what she should do to fix them after I let her know that painting gel color over color acrylic will not work. She was supposed to fix my ring finger but somehow she blew up and tells me she can "take them off" she then proceeds to try to rip my pinky nail off and cut me. I literally don't know what her issue was but other customers all said the room seemed weird. Maybe everyone was having a bad day but not my problem. I paid $130!!!!!!All the customers were appalled then she stormed off leaving my nails for someone else. I have contacted management with no resolution. We made appointments for 3 people. The selection of Nextgen polish is minimal at best. I had my polish taken off and then waited for 50 MINUTES before someone bothered to do my manicure. They left me to take care of another client. No cuticle trimming, Nextgen glue and dipping powder all over my fingers. No lotion or oil. I will not be coming back here again. My mom and I went in yesterday to get our nails done, and we decided to get pedicures too, overall we were there for two hours. When we left, neither one of our nails were filed correctly and my nails were different lengths compared to the other hand, among other issues. The employees were also talking trash about us the entirety of our time there. I called earlier to receive a refund and was interrupted multiple times, and was told that I "should've told the nail artist that it was messed up" and that "I shouldn't have rushed him", and many more rude comments.
