**Hygiene issues** Generally, I reserve reviews for places locally that have earned a good score. So it's with sadness I come to write this one. Today was my second visit to Rose in Prosper and nothing changed since my last visit: the nail tech did not use sterilized equipment for my manicure/cuticle care. They didn't give an option either. She just pulled the clippers out of her box and went to town. The attitude of the staff at the front was (and continued to be since my last visit a year ago) elitist. They also ask you what beverage you would like and never brought one. I sadly can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt and won't be returning. read more

10/10!!! Heidi did my pedicure. I'm a bridesmaid in an upcoming wedding and always wanted to try acrylics on my toenails and finally decided to as we all needed to wear open toe shoes. Heidi did such an amazing job. She was super precise and would have me look over each nail for shaping and length to ensure that it was exactly what I wanted. The French tip was exactly like my inspiration photo as well. AMAZING WORK HEIDI!!!!! I had a classic manicure done by Helen and she was awesome as well - no cuticles in sight now. My mom had a pedicure and gel French by Tony and said it was by far the best pedicure she's ever had (which says a lot because she used to be a nail tech). Not only did her French look amazing but she said that it was by far the best massage ever had so if you're wanting somebody who gives an outstanding massage, ask for Tony! read more

I highly recommend Tiffany if you want perfect looking classy nails. She suggested builder gel and this has worked really well for me. She also suggested I change the shape of my nail from squoval to oval and she was right it is better suited for me. She also recommends colors that look best and trends at times like cats eye and chrome which are fun. My nails have never looked more beautiful! She also handles my teenage daughter's nails, and similarly my daughter thinks Tiffany is super talented as well, which says a lot coming from a teenager. read more

My girlfriends and I come to Rose Couture monthly for our monthly girls day. We have our special techs that we love to work with every month. Emily, June, & August are our only techs we will see because they can recreate anything we show them. It is so much fun walking in with a few pictures and trusting all three of these ladies with creative choice. My girlfriends and I laugh, talk about future plans, and get to know our techs. When we finish our nails are ALWAYS done to perfection. When you walk in to Rose Couture you will check in using the IPads, pick out colors, and wait by/on the bench to be called. The environment is very welcoming with bright and vibrant colors and super nice front desk workers. Now this nail shop is busy and you need to make a reservation. You can walk in but you will more than likely have to wait. I live in Melissa and my girlfriends live in Plano & Aubrey. We don't mind driving to this location because we know our favorite nail techs will take care of us. We truly find inspo pictures off of Instagram and Pinterest and our sweet techs make it happen every single time! read more

Originally started off w Dolly & she was absolutely so rude was rushing through my nails because she was "so booked" even though i had an appointment w her. Every little thing I said she had a face it was the craziest customer service I had seen or experienced. I Even changed the way I wanted my nails to cut back on time and it still wasn't fixing her attitude. Requested a different nail tech because she was messing w my mental health while on my mother's day appointment with my daughter. Ended up getting Tram Anh and she seriously saved the day. Did amazing on my nails and was so nice and caring and even did the nails i originally wanted. If you're paying over $200 for nails the customer service should always be great... the manager even said Dolly never wanted to do my nails.... read more

The service was ok , I just didn't like that while I was getting my pedicure and manicure they kept speaking in their native language and laughing it did not make me feel welcomed I also asked if I could get my nails cured by the led lamp so I could go on with my day but all I got is sit there 15 min and it'll dry. read more

Made an appointment online for Sunday. Same process as the other locations except they don't list out their nail artists online when booking. Got a mani and pedi and enjoyed the experience. I had Emily do my nails and she was awesome. read more

If you want the full pampering experience, than this oasis is the place to go to in Prosper, Texas. I was indulged like royalty. I strongly suggest the Cucumber Sensation Manicure and Pedicure. Your hands and feet will thank you for the wonderful treat. The pampering was so very relaxing. I just want to express the detailed attention I received from the manicurists was Outstanding! For the premium prices at this nail salon, I expect premium service. My dip French was $70 - no manicure included. Just basic pricing for them. Kate noticed how soft my nails were so applied the dip powder prior to shaping which I did appreciate. However, I asked her how does applying the white tip portion first impact the look of my tips after she files down to shape. She assured me it would be okay. After she applied the dip and shaped, the french portion was much thinner because she filed it off. I said it was too thin and she had the audacity to argue with me, the customer. She clearly did not want to redo it, and I was so furious she argued back that I told her not to worry about it. John who was doing my pedicure was kind to ask me if I was okay. In the end, after much awkward silence & tension, she offered to fix with gel. At that point, I just wanted to be out there & didn't want my nails to be uneven with some with gel and some with not. I wanted to like this place so much as it's so close to where I live and I have no issues paying premium pricing. But I can't pay premium for bad service. read more

So I have been going to a husband and wife team for quite a while and they are out of town and I was having a nail dilemma so thought I would try somewhere new. I've been getting next GEN for quite a while and comfortable with the process and how it should look. I decided since I was going somewhere knew I would try to do a fun design on nail. Nothing fancy a clover since it is March and St. Patrick's Day is coming up. Not all went according to plan, unfortunately. It was quite the train wreck. On a positive, the salon is cute and decked out, perhaps a tad cliché. If you are bringing your kiddo to get a Mani Pedi, this is your place. Complete with unicorn Pegasus in the corner and decked out with roses on the walls. Pink, everywhere. I came as a walk in and waited for about 20 to 30 minutes to be sat down and seen. I came during the day during a Tuesday, not a big deal. They had a gentleman who was corralling the new people, told him what I wanted and showed him a design, he assured he would set me up with the appropriate person to do design. The young lady who did my pedicure was friendly and engaging, and I really enjoyed chatting with her. She did a good job and gave a great massage. Dolly where's my manicurist, she was nice enough, but was really struggling with the design. She had to redo one of the nails four times. I wasn't going to say anything, I guess she wanted it to look nice. It looks OK. Certainly not anything special. Overall, the place feels high priced for the services you receive. When I got into the car and got a good look at my nails, I was pretty disappointed. I am thankful that I have my go to people across the street, most likely I won't be back. read more

If I could give ZERO!!! I would!!! I set up an appointment for 7pm and they moved my appointment up without confirming with me. I show up at my set time to be turned away. Poor customer service. If you don't take appointments past 6:30 why offer that slot? Waste of TIME!!!!! read more

Came here over a month ago, I called to see if they did walk-ins and they did. It was midday, weekday and it was a very efficient check in experience. The Nail Bar itself is very cute and service was subpar. Pedicure was not bad but the dip nail manicure was a bit of a nightmare because the girl forgot to do the first steps of my upgraded mani and when she realized she made the mistake, she tried to rush and just layered on top the dip heavily to make it look somewhat descent. Overall I can see how they might have an appeal and maybe the other manicurists do a better job but I would definitely try another place before coming back. read more

This nail salon is an absolute beauty from the moment you step inside. With pink decor and decked out florals, this salon is definitely a show stopper! There's a unicorn against a rose floral wall, which makes for an Instagram worthy photo op. You sign in on their iPad when you arrive and indicate what kind of service you would like. You can also select a beverage of your choice when signing in. Everything is super clean and organized, which is a plus! My nail tech was Kammie and she did an absolutely amazing job on my nails. From start to finish, she was extremely professional and made sure everything was to my liking through each step. I had asked for almond shape with gold flakes and she got everything on point! She is definitely the best person if you are wanting any kind of nail art or design. This is definitely my new go-to nail salon and I can't wait to be back again! read more

I am a regular here, but that ends today. August and Jenny are my normal techs, but today the staff had an attitude due to me not being pleased with a techs work on my toes. I was burned and offended by the tech and the general manager did not apologize nor try to resolve, nor was any discount given. He simply told me to just not use anyone else for my toes and he genuinely seemed not to care. He defended his staff and chose to not have any regard for the experience of my service. Today was my last day coming here. I wish establishments cared more for the actual experience of the customers service. But its fine-- i can take my coins elsewhere babe!!! My second time at Rose Couture. I wanted to get a chrome set this time. My nail tech had some challenges finding the right chrome powder and used the wrong one on my nails first. But he was helpful and immediately redid my nails when I showed him that he had the wrong shade. I've reduced 2 stars as my chrome nails are already chipping off/fading less than a week since they were done. My first time here was really good, I probably will not attempt another chrome shade here. read more

Tried this salon based on a friend's recommendation. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The one star is for the nice young man who rang me up when I was done. I wish I had my glasses on so I would've noticed the horrible job. I can't even tell you who my gal was...she checked and talked on her phone during my entire manicure. Spoke in two word questions "what shape" "how long". No attempts to talk to me even when I started the conversation. I checked in and said it was my first time here and no direction on where to look for color etc. When I did check in it asked me what I wanted to drink, I left it blank and it prompted me again so I chose a drink but it was never offered/brought to me. When I got home I had dip all over the skin surrounding my nails. The pictures are after I have picked off what I could. I chose dip plus manicure and my nails soaked in acetone, had oil on the cuticles for probably 10 seconds and my "hand massage" lasted less than 1 minute and I was left with lotion residue. Went and got nails done yesterday, they cracked today so I went to see if I could get them repaired. The wait time was ridiculous and it went from 45 minutes to over an hour within the same conversation. I asked about next day appointments and she could only give me late evening. They lasted less than 24 hours for gel polish. I will have to go around with cracked polish that lasted less than a day until I can get into a different salon. If I could give 0 stars I would for the customer service at the counter. read more

But Bayleigh made the time fly by being so personable. So I really appreciated that! The service itself does not come with a wax but you can add it on, which I did, and if it's your first time waxing there you will receive 20% off. So that was nice as well. Through out the whole appointment I was made comfortable, but was also allowed to make suggestions with brow shape and tint color. Overall, a great appointment and a great turn out with the lumination, tint, and wax. Thank you Bayleigh!

I've had a bunch of Brazilian waxes over the last couple years but for some reason still was feeling nervous! The first impression of the place was a smallish hole in the wall place but it opened up to a much larger set of rooms with many waxers. The front desk girl greeted me and I was seen quickly by Maggie. Maggie is an absolute gem! Very very nice and welcoming lady who truly seems to enjoy her work. Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. For me, the overall experience wasn't worth the drive or the price I paid. The video of my nails tells the story better than this caption ever could. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.

Worst experience of my life, leaving my 8 year old crying for her first ever spa experience. They are very unaccomadating, inflexible, not helpful and extremely snobby and rude. They only care about if they are getting money or not. Its true, not everything shiny is gold. Their ambience, decor might be 5 stars. But customer seevice is trash. Very unpleased by fromt desk's behavior. Will never go there again in my life. My sister was here from out of town, she accidentally made an appointment with fairview location and put a deposit of 80$. (Which is extremely stupid because NO nail salon ever does that). We went to prosper location, at the time of appointment. Right away we figured out it was an honest mistake an apologized to them. And asked if they could take us. They were almost empty! Hannah was initially helpful but then few minutes later she was extremely stand offish and could care less. She told us she trained the other employees at fairview so she can handle the situation. She took my phone and went to other room ro talk to them. Came back with a straight up "cant help, no refund on deposit and no appointment". I was speechless Another employee standing next to her comes after us rushing us do u wanna sit or leave? We walk out and get on phone with other location. He comes out again asking us do u wanna sit or leave, and i tell him give us a minute to handle the situation. He goes we have nothing to do with the other location. While earlier hannah told me she trained all the employees at other location. Long story short. We begged the both locations to be a little flexible and accommodating, we have put 80$ deposit. At that point we were wven ready to drive to other location (30mins) to save our deposit. They called us and said no need to come, because we wont give deposit back or the appointment. We asked if we could use it for another time, they said no we cant. Its sad in this day and age, businesses care more about the small amount they can rob u for instead of 400$ plus business they could have made. I had a rather disappointing experience at Rose Couture Prosper. My original appointment was scheduled for 12:30 PM, but I called ahead to let them know I'd be late. They informed me of a 15-minute grace period, which I knew I would exceed, so I rescheduled for 2:30 PM as requested. I arrived at the salon at 12:50 PM and booked a pedicure in the meantime. During my visit, I noticed that the nail tech I had originally requested was waiting on her 1:30 PM appointment, who also arrived after the grace period--yet she was still seen without issue. By 2:16 PM, my pedicure was finished. Since the requested tech had just started with her 1:30 client, I asked if I had time to step out for lunch. The receptionist checked with the tech and confirmed I had 20 minutes, plus a 10-minute buffer. However, shortly after I left, I received two phone calls informing me that the nail tech had decided to move on. This felt incredibly unfair, as I had asked for and was given the green light to leave. When I spoke with a staff member about the situation, I was made to feel as though I was being dishonest, which was upsetting. This was my first visit to the salon, and as someone new to the area, I had been excited to become a regular. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling undervalued and disappointed. read more

I highly recommend Emely and Kim--they are absolutely fantastic! Their professionalism and work truly stand out. However, I strongly suggest that their young manager undergo customer service training. It's surprising that someone in such a key role at a busy establishment lacks the necessary skills to provide a welcoming experience. Given the premium pricing of this place, customers should expect respectful and accommodating service. Unfortunately, if you arrive late or fail to complete the iPad sign-in exactly as required, the manager's attitude can be unnecessarily harsh. The appointment process is taken very seriously here--you must book in advance and ensure that all requested services are correctly entered into the system. While efficiency is important, a little more flexibility and kindness would go a long way in enhancing the overall customer experience. read more

I had an amazing experience at Rose Couture Nail Bar! I got my nails done by Miki, and she did an incredible job. They were the worst the worst pedicure I have and I talk to the manager. The manager said you have to do the upgrade one so we can do a good pedicure. Also, my nails I did them yesterday. One is chip and one messed up already and I'm going back today. I do not recommend this place. Do not waste your money over there read more

Let's just say my wallet definitely wasn't smiling. They also say they take reservations, but I overheard my tech answering calls with "See you at [insert random time]!" and hanging up, so I'm not entirely convinced there's an actual system behind the scenes. Another time I asked for Amber and again they said she wasn't there. Angel did my nails and she did a great job. There were a few "ouch" moments when she buffed part of my skin but my nails turned out great. Finally when I paid, I asked the gentleman if he's the manager. He said yes, so then I put the pieces together and figured out Amber didn't work here anymore. What I didn't like was that when I called, they could have told me Amber no longer worked here. Instead they made me think I just got the timing wrong. I understand they want to keep the clientele but they went about it the wrong way.
