The salon is very clean and inviting. There was a group of women getting pedicures and having a good time! I was directed to a pedicure chair and asked if I like my water hot. I told her yes-very! The pedicure chair has an excellent massager and there is a phone charger on the arm rest! I've never seen this before and was very impressed! My pedicure was the best I've had in Spartanburg! It was worth the very affordable price even when I added gel polish! I wanted a dip mani. But the color I selected from the wide variety choices did not come in dip powder. However, the friendly nail techs suggested I get clear dip and then gel polish. Since I like for my hands and feet to match, this was an excellent suggestion! At one point, I had a tech on each hand and Vondry on my feet. I felt like a true diva! I found my salon when I am in town! Don't sleep on this hidden gem!

I thought things may have improved in their new space. Nothing improved! The tech finally emerged from the back after they kept calling for her to come do a pedicure on a not so busy day. She was looking like they woke her up and she did a lousy job. She barely trimmed my cuticles and I told her that I'm not sensitive, that I wanted them trimmed more. She replied "your skin too soft". What? No lotion or sugar scrub rubbed on my feet or legs either! My toenails were uneven. She did not file the corners smooth after she clipped my nails. I had asked her to cut my nails and she said "you like short". I said "No, I just like them smooth and even". It was a disaster. Nothing was sanitized because I witnessed them going from customer to customer using same tools. She left to go start another pedicure before she had finished. Another one came and polished my toes. I brought my own polish and they even tried to take it. They just want money. She stared at me when she realized there was NO TIP. I will never go to this nasty nail salon again. What a ripoff and waste of time! Now the corners of my jagged toenails are pressing into my skin because she didn't smooth the corners.

She had nailed my hair type within moments of seeing me and understood things that other hairdressers had needed years of explaining and still don't understand.
