I asked to setup a call, and Kevin said he'd prefer to meet me in person at my office. That was a first from any of my previous SEO experiences where the norm was typically e-mail or ticket communication. I said "absolutely" I'd love to meet in person... Kevin (the owner I found out after we met) drove out from Riverside to my office off Jamboree in Newport Beach. We met and I could tell right away this guy knew what he was talking about. He first explained his background and went on to explain the whole process and what he and his team do to optimize websites. He showed me examples from his current clients and delivered a full 26 page audit of our website which showed me the deficiencies (at no cost btw).
