The owner David turned out to be exactly what was described by others, very unprofessional. He told me I was wasting his time. For someone that runs a graphic company he was completely unhelpful with my request for a window decal. Rather than finding the PDF of my logo sent in an email he wrote me a long email detailing that time is money and he's running a business. He didn't have time to look through my attachments. He referred to me as "bro", told me they are Commercial business and was agitated throughout. I'm a business owner too and I would never treat a customer the way he did to me. If you don't want to deal with small business orders then say it upfront, don't be a jerk and make feel people bad for contacting you. read more

I contacted precision sign and graphics so they could add some decals to my van. David was the one who helped me out with the process. He was able to make a design that looked great on the van. The price was fair and the work was top notch. I would highly recommend them especially if you're a new contractor trying to put your business info out there. read more

The Owner David sucks, he started off as a nice guy, and once I asked him for another mock up of the final product, he flipped out and told me that he was "trying to run a business and that I'm asking for too much for a job that is only going to pay him $200". I simply called to get a quote. They asked for my email, and I simply asked if it's possible to get a quote before the email. The gentleman on the phone flipped out and got mad at me for even asking and said that I'm not the type of person he wants to business with and hung up the phone. David came out and gave me a couple of quotes on graphics for a sign and windows. His prices are more than reasonable and he's willing to work with you on the creative side in order to get your vision come to life. His main photoshop tech Anthony is a true artist; he was able to take my idea and render it in his software for future use on stickers, shirts or web needs. The installation went without a hitch and I think the front side of our Barber Shop is one of the more unique looking in Corona. 10 stars if I could, great work guys and I hope to do more business in the future. read more

Promised to have me a quote by the end of day, I called the next day she said she'd "have something for me soon", called again and she said she'd have something for me before she left work. I called again and Nicole told me she had left for the day and she'd leave a note on Danella's desk to call me the next morning. It's been over a week and I still haven't heard back from anyone at the company. Looks like they don't want business. Wouldn't recommend. read more

don't use this place if you want a little league team banner. they have no originality when it comes to banners. they do your average everyone the same boring banner. i asked 3 times 2 by phone and 1 e-mail to please fix childs name, it never got fixed and they printed it anyway, and told me to bring it back and they will refund me. nicole promises to be creative and different however, the proof i received was very common. if you want a banner that is the same as everyone else use this place, however if you want some imagination and creativity then keep searching because you will not find it here. read more
