My son's car died around 9pm on Saturday of the 3-day 4th of July holiday. The roadside assistance through auto insurance couldn't even find a towing company. Joe arrived well before his estimated time and tried to figure out why the car had died. He then took extreme caution in loading the car--which had been lowered and had a brand new wrap--without causing any damage. When he arrived at our home, he again took extreme care in off loading it, mindful of the overhanging tree and the damage that the branches would cause to the wrap finish. Instead of leaving it under the tree, he and my son pushed it up the slight incline until it cleared the tree. This is service above and beyond any expectations we had. If we ever need a tow again, we will certainly call Majestic. read more

I have a very bad habit of running my car into curbs and flattening my tires. This has happened to me three times. The first time it happened, I was stranded out in Newtown on a Saturday night. Every garage in the area was closed and I was stuck in a dark, abandoned parking lot totally freaking out. I grabbed my phone, checked Yelp, and called the first provider available. Majestic showed up within the hour, changed my tire, and got me in my way. Fast forward a year (TO THE DAY), I'm headed to Philadelphia and take a too-hard turn into a gas station...there goes the tire. There's no service department at this particular gas station, so once again I grab my phone and my trusty yelp app. I can't remember the name of the provider I called last time, so I randomly choose the first name on the list. Turns out it's Majestic again, same guy, and we immediately remember each other from the year before and have a good laugh. Really, though, how embarrassing! But wait, there's more. A couple months ago, I overshoot a curb in the Veterans Lane shopping plaza and once again destroy my tire. This time I know who to call. Majestic shows up in 20 minutes and politely refrains from telling me I really should become a more careful driver. Anyway, even if you're not a terrible driver, I highly recommend keeping their number bookmarked. You won't regret it. read more

I placed a call to my insurance co. @9:50 pm to change a flat tire. It is 20degrees and no one is around on the very dark, deserted streets. The company from Philadelphia my insurance uses, blew smoke for over 2.5 hrs.and was a complete no-show. I spoke to 4 CSRs and a supervisor before they turned the call over to Majestic. Joe, a great representative for Majestic, was contacted by my insurance co. to help change said tire at 1215 am. I personally spoke with him, at 12:40 am he pulled in to help, like he said he would. Joe was courteous, kind, and the hero that was desperately needed to get my daughter home safely. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
