The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. By Monday morning, the quote was already in my inbox. I chose their Sterling location since it was a little cheaper than mobile service, and my apartment's underground garage would have made that difficult. The whole process was quick and easy. My location was verified, and there was absolutely no indication that they did not service my area. They then asked me to send photos of my wheels, which I did immediately. Shortly afterward, I received an email asking me for much of the same information again--my name, vehicle make and model, and photos of the wheels. Despite the redundancy and some obvious confusion, I provided everything again. I then received confirmation that they could service my vehicle and repair the wheels. I was quoted $700 to repair all four, which I immediately accepted. I personally called to finalize the appointment. Once again, my information was reviewed, I provided a valid credit card, the appointment was booked, and I was given a confirmed service date. Then, just moments after everything was finalized, I received a phone call telling me they actually DO NOT service my area. Their proposed solution? They asked if I would be willing to drive somewhere and "meet them halfway." That completely defeats the purpose of hiring a MOBILE wheel repair company. I specifically chose a mobile service because I did not want to inconvenience myself by spending part of my day driving to and waiting at an auto body or wheel repair shop. What made the experience worse was the initial deflection and confusion during the final phone call, including suggestions that I somehow had not provided all of the necessary information--even though I had provided my address and vehicle information multiple times and had already been quoted, booked, and given an appointment. Ultimately, the representative acknowledged that the mistake was theirs, apologized, and told me they would use the situation as a "training moment" so it would not happen again. That's great for their future customers, but where does that leave me? After four days, multiple phone calls and emails, repeatedly providing the same information, sending photos, receiving a written quote, providing my credit card, and actually booking an appointment, I am left with absolutely nothing. My wheels are still not repaired, and apparently my wasted time became their employee training exercise. This entire experience was completely unprofessional and an enormous waste of my time. Needless to say, I will not be returning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If you're looking for a reliable mobile wheel repair service, I would strongly suggest finding a company that can determine whether they service your address BEFORE taking you through the entire quoting and booking process.

So, what to do when your spouse and her brand new vehicle come home with the passenger side wheels showing the result of a losing battle with the concrete curbing in front of your house? First, you calm her down and tell her this happens to everyone. Then you promise her it can be fixed at a reasonable cost. Third, you call Kwicksilver in Warrington, PA, for an appointment for them to make the wheels look brand new again. This stops the crying and upset when you explain they will take her car in Monday morning, and have it ready for pickup Wednesday afternoon. Next, you have to find their business on an industrial back street off Street Road, a minor challenge. The shop is as grimy and dusty as you can imagine after years with seeing a shopvac or nary a broom. But, while they won't win a Good Housekeeping Seal of Approval, they will doctor your wheels and nurse them back to nearly newborn condition. Friendly dudes, for sure. At $150/wheel, the price is right. I would pay more to keep my wife (and myself) in positive spirits. A gritty 5 Stars for Kwicksilver.
