I went to the business that's connected to creamery tires the business does wheel alignment. I had taken my car to get inspected at the dealership. The dealership said I needed a wheel alignment from the dealership. It would've cost me $139 so I went to this place that works with creamery. They had a sign $50 to check your wheel alignment and if I needed one $100 to have one done so they checked my wheel alignment and they said everything was good so I only paid them $50. at the dealership it would've cost me 139.$ dealerships are rip offs. read more

I went in here to see if they could fix what I thought was a slow leak in my tire. This business runs so smoothly especially because the person at the desk really knows her stuff. It turns out that I didn't have a punctured tire but a cracked wheel rim. This was quickly diagnosed the same day, the mechanic showed me the crack. They don't fix cracked wheels there but recommended a place where I could get that done and they also diagnosed the issue quickly at no charge. This place is the greatest, it is like a pit stop in the race of daily life. You either call or visit and order your tires one day and the next you pull in and either wait in your auto or the lounge ( I waited outside ) and watch them change your tires. I had two tires installed today on my lunch hour and I was in and out in 30 minutes! It would have been less but I waited for someone before me order tires. I trust that they won't damage my wheels because they seem to be very careful. I have never had any wheel damage done getting service at this place and I have been using them for several years. I think their prices are very competitive, checked the prices online for this visit for the Continentals and it was about $50 less then Mavis. I did get a better deal recently at Tires plus in Montgoneryville for my SUV but it was a terrible experience. Creamy recommended Continental Pro Contacts and really wouldn't even quote Cross Contacts ( and the had a huge poster advertising Cross contacts-in their lobby. Online Cross contacts were more costly and I was looking for something with a little more tread. Tires plus was actually cheaper but the experience was terrible, they couldn't find my wheel lock which was right where it should have been. Also had to leave the car there all day and get a ride.... even if Creamy isn't the best price in the future I would still pay more for the convenience factor. Vro, the worst experience I had in an Automotive place by far. I called the Creamery Tire in Chalfont store to order a tire/tires as usual. I've never talked to a guy over the phone at this location but ig I was the lucky winner, usually it's the nice Redhead. A month earlier I had a flat and needed to get a new tire cause it was the sidewall, same thing this time. I told the guy, that I recently got a tire from them, but the original tires aren't sold anymore, this guy tried to get me to buy a new set saying the brand, speed rating and wear have to match on all the tires. Obviously I just want a tire, even the tire they sold me a month ago, they don't sell anymore! It's crazy, I just need a tire. Everything they were trying to sell me was $63+ over Firestone. And it was so simple of a process. I just want what I needed, not someone to lie to me for a upsell. read more

The last time I saw my mechanic I was told that my car would need tyres before the next inspection so I took it to Creamery where I'd gotten them before. After the car was in the bay the technician came out and asked why was I getting new tyres when these were perfectly good? I told him and he said not to bother! I was happy with the price of my tire. Only needed one replaced. Tire had been previously plugged. It had a slow leak. They ordered the tire to match the other 3. I was there less than a half hour. Super nice and helpful staff. They were pretty fast as well. I waited about an hour but there were 5 people in front of me so I think it was very reasonable. Went in to get my wheels balanced and they told me it's no charge. When I got in the garage I talked with the technicians and we agreed that I should get my tires rotated as well. I walked back into the office when I was done to pay and they told me that the rotation was no charge as well! When I eventually need my tires replaced I'll absolutely be giving them my business. read more

Creamery Tire is the best! We have been going to them for a few years for tires on four cars. Recently, we needed two tires for our Ford F150 pickup. Unfortunately, during the install there was a miscommunication over which old pair were being discarded and the wrong ones were removed. When we realized what had happened and called, Creamery Tire apologized profusely and said they would put on another new pair for NO COST! And not just generic tires, but an identical set of Michelins! Now THIS is customer service: efficient, orderly, unfailingly cheerful and polite and customer first. I caught them at a slow time and had a couple technicians working on my tire repair but they also checked the tire pressure in the other tires. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I've been there 3 times in 2 months (I'm a magnet for nails) and I've never received the runaround about the nail being on the sidewall of the tire, like I've gotten at other places that tell me they have to replace the tire. I visited this location the day before Christmas at 8 am hoping to have tires replaced quickly and at a reasonable price. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She told me that unfortunately the tires needed to be shipped from the other location but should be there early afternoon. She took my number and I was shocked to receive a call 45 minutes later that they were ready. I returned immediately and was taken right away. 20 minutes later I drove away with 4 new tires at a great price. Every employee I came in contact with was friendly and every area I saw was organized and clean, including the garage!
