This is a "pre-recommendation". That is, we haven't done the trip yet. We're off to Alaska and points north at the end of May. But my wife and I feel that Sabrina deserves as much positive praise as possible. We had another travel agent who "fell off the face of the earth" and made no contact with us after numerous emails, text messages etc. So if we were to go on this trip, we needed someone new. We found Sabrina on a neighborhood website and discussed the situation with her. She agreed to help us plan the trip and we set a meet-up for a few days later. Wow... she is so impressive. She came completely prepared, took what we had sent her and had most of the trip planned. After that day, she began calling the various excursions, Alaskan Railroad, etc etc. She changed a few things around here and there to make it all fit and flow better. As of today, only a week later, we're completely set! She's absolutely amazing. She answered all texts and calls within a 1/2 hour and when she says something will be done, it's done fast and correctly. All along the way, she emailed itineraries, receipts etc to us immediately after she received them... totally trustworthy. Thank you, Sabrina! read more
