Extremely disappointed, do not recommend All Inclusive Outlet or Travel Impressions their supplier. We booked a trip to Iberostar Playa Mita using All Inclusive Outlets/ Travel Impressions-which we have used many times, we are repeat customers. All advertising on their websites said the resort we were staying at last month was a 4.5-5 star hotel and when we got to the resort it was clearly not a luxury resort- it was a 2.5 star resort being generous with the scores. We have been to many all inclusive resorts in Mexico- Le Blanc, Hard Rock, Palace Resorts, Secrets and have never had concerns like this before. The resort it's self was falling apart, tiles were broken and cut my daughter's knee in the kids pool, crabs in our hotel room and bathrooms and also not very clean, our hotel room was 2 doors next to an open construction zone (could hear power drills, hammers, there was a ton of dust all between the hours of 8 am- 5 pm never stopping) they also had no barrier up to block off that area from guests and the dust which was everywhere it was an active construction zone. All the floors near the ocean view rooms have construction on every floor so moving rooms or trying to change anything while we were there wasn't an option, Will note the hotel staff offered to move us, however we paid for an ocean front view and every floor with an ocean view had the same construction situation and noise- They offered us spa as well, the spa had cat poop outside the spa, and was not in good conditions. What we wanted was what we paid for- a 4.5-5 star hotel and the dining options that was described on All Inclusive website. We had to go out to other hotels daily for lunch meals and spent over $800 just on lunches additional to the cost of what we spent with Iberostar, to keep both our son safe from his food allergies and also to have some sort of variety to enjoy our vacation. The outside of resort facing the ocean looked super run down, chipping paint and online the photos it looks beautiful- it's probably photos from 10 plus years ago. False advertising, the dining options for every meal besides dinner is all buffet and even for dinner, all appetizers are buffet. So do not go if you are expecting a menu sit down meal. Piles of dirt left in hallways for days, dirty cups, cat or animal poop in hallways to stairs. We are used to paying a similar price for a resort like this and having options for lunch (besides buffet they had pre made hot dogs and hamburgers on a warmer outside wrapped in foil- how is that 4.5-5 star??) Not to mention we have a son with anaphylactic allergies so the way it as described online as having one buffet option and 4 restaurants we felt comfortable with as we were going to avoid buffet because of cross contamination- that was not an option as everything was buffet but dinner and even that there was an element of buffet. They were allowing tour buses filled with hundreds of guests to arrive daily so it's super filled, lines for breakfast so we had to wake up by 7 am unless we wanted to wait long lines to eat and higher risk of cross contamination for our son with food allergies. Both Travel Impressions and All Inclusive Outlet falsely advertised this hotel as being a 4.5-5 star hotel and was priced as such , and would never use them again, they have terrible customer service and do not trust them to book travel again, they have done nothing besides send an email to Iberostar regarding this trip and copy and pasted what they said back to them. I would make sure you book directly with the resort and not use these non credible websites, they even gave me contact information to reach out to the incorrect hotel group ownership about my concerns, they really are not knowledgeable and would not recommend anyone using them for your vacation travel. read more

For those who are coming here simply to see if All Inclusive Outlet is a scam, the answer is no. My wife and I booked a 5-day trip to Cancun with them in Feb 2020. I was nervous to pay for it, just in case it was all fake and I was paying a scammer. To my incredible relief, we ACTUALLY got two round trip tickets from SFO-CUN, and when we arrived at the resort they ACTUALLY had our names on the list and hotel staff were gracefully waiting for us. The whole trip was amazing, we had a great time, and didn't spend a dime over what we paid to All Inclusive Outlet. The price we paid per night for the room was far cheaper than what I found direct on the resort's website, so clearly they have some broker discount, which made it a good deal for us. I think most people who come on here to complain and rate it a 1-star are mostly upset about the customer service (quickness of responses, handling issues live, issuing refunds, etc.) But if you're mostly just curious whether its legit, the answer is yes. If you don't anticipate needing to change your itinerary last minute or whatever, you wont have issues with All Inclusive Outlet. Overall, we had a great vacation at an all-inclusive resort (Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya), got exactly what we paid for, and paid far less than we would have if we booked flights and rooms separately. I'm usually not a Yelp reviewer, but when I tried to verify if this place was legit, all I found were people who were mad about a different subject entirely. So after my trip, I figured I'd try to be a voice of reason and let people know the deals you're seeing on All Inclusive Outlet are for real. I don't know how to make a negative star but I'm telling you if you can't find somebody else to work with you're hosed. This business is about a half a clown short of a circus. My dive group is planning a trip to Mexico and we were trying to accommodate a late added person to the trip so all we needed was to change from one king bed to a room with two beds. It took agent A. (Name withheld) at least 2 to 3 days to answer the first question and only to reveal that a rollout bed was the option. It took 2 to 3 more days to get her to actually look up what the bed situation was by looking at the hotel website and then three or four more days for her to, actually call down to the hotel to reveal that. Yes they have that option but she didn't even work on making the change to two beds. I know this is rhetorical, but what is exactly the point of hiring a travel agency if they can't actually run down what kind of beds are in which rooms and how to get it booked or get it changed? Obviously Agent "A" Is working from home, pretending to be a travel agent for a pretend travel company pretending to actually help travelers book an enjoyable trip. So basically what happens is if you work with this company you're not saving any aggravation than doing the whole thing on your own. It took the better part of three weeks to get this resolved and still we don't know if it actually is resolved until we go on our trip to Mexico. So in the end, please consider all inclusive travel, and their Confederacy of dunces working from home in their jammies sucking you into a game of hotel roulette. Not only did these individuals lie to my family and I about their cancellation and change policies, when we asked for their help in resolving booking errors the team offered zero support. Suddenly everything we booked was 100% nonrefundable and nothing was able to be changed. This completely contradicts what Stephen communicated when booking... And even documented in writing!!! I have asked several times for them to email me where it says our booking is non-refundable... And I am still waiting for a response. When it became clear that Steven would offer zero support... Our case was elevated to Anna who is equally unhelpful. I called Anna daily over the course of the week and received no response after waiting on hold for her for over 30 minutes to talk. Needless to say I never received a call back despite asking for her to do so. Our party also asked for her assistance in changing our reservation with the hotel... Anna continued to lie to my family and I by saying that no changes could be made and there was 100% cancellation fee. She then proceeded to promise that she would talk to the hotel and see what she could arrange. After several emails with Anna, stating she was still waiting to hear from the hotel, we decided to take matters into our own hand and contact the hotel. The hotel not only confirmed that Anna never contacted them, they also confirmed that changes could be made to the cancellation but Anna would have to be the one to initiate the conversation.... Which, as expected, she never did. Our family is still pleading with her for help. I am hoping that someone else from AIO reads this review and actually supports us with customer service. I was told that we would be refunded our $102 I waited a few weeks and still no refund and when I asked through Email because it's impossible to get through to them by calling, I was told it takes 4 weeks for a refund. Still no refund and asked again and was told 6 weeks for a refund. STILL NO REFUND !! it j in s now ) weeks later and now I am being told that refunds take 60+ days !!! I would not do business with AllInclusive again. They can process your payment in seconds but when returning money get told that they are "overwhelmed " with refunds and can't do anything about it. I was so excited to go to Playa del Carmen for the first time with my two girlfriends. Unfortunately I was unable to go, but they went and had a fabulous time booking with All Inclusive Resorts. I had purchased full trip refund insurance and called All Inclusive several times, never able to get through to a live operator. I then sent emails and messages through my account portal and was quickly answered, saying my refund would be processed, but it could take up to 60 days. After 30 days I sent another message and asked if they could please escalate my refund. Kelly was very helpful and got my refund to me the next day. UPDATE: Feeling rather frustrated that I had just been taken, I decided to make the hour drive there and find out what was going on in person. After finally locating the physical address (which was just a door and a doorbell with a sticker in the window) I rang the doorbell and someone came down the stairs. She went back upstairs and was able to print off the details of the trip for me. We were thrilled to find the resort of our dreams at a stellar price. However, after booking and paying, All Inclusive Outlet informed us they couldn't offer that resort, but offered a couple resorts for a substantial upgrade fee, yet they were nothing stellar. This nightmare starts before covid the communication was something that lacked something to be desired. But once Covid hit the communication got worse. The travel agency take no accountability for the covid test information dates of eligibility and dates that were misleading. Jamaica stated 10 days or less and the email from all inclusive stated 9 days or less. I booked a vacation with this company to Riu Santa Fe in Cabo, and paid for it in full. Their site stated that kids would stay for free with 2 paying adults. However, I was charged a full price for the child. When I realized this, and tried to get in touch with them at the phone number listed, no answer after trying multiple times on multiple days. On 6/21/2021, I left a voicemail and an email per the instructions on the automated system. I did receive an email right away stating that they have received my inquiry, and due to the high level of call volume, it will take up to a week to get back to me. I have not had to deal with any company whose customer service is this poor Covid time or not. All Inclusive has been so amazing! We have used them several times over the past 5 years and have nothing but great things to say about them. The ease of booking a trip, having the option to pay a deposit and pay the rest later is unbeatable! Their pricing is always great, I love their all inclusive hotel options and the fact that we can easily book a shuttle service roundtrip from airport to hotel with a reputable company. Especially given the year we just had with Covid, they were really on top of everything! I know travel changes have been so crazy but they have made the experience so pleasant. We travel as a group of 7 every year (3 separate bookings) between Christmas and New Year and a few months ago we honestly thought we were going to have to miss our 2020 end of year trip. With hotels not opening up or having limited capacity and flights constantly canceling / changing we were losing hope. In comes Nicole Ernst, our travel consultant! Nicole was so patient and worked so hard to do whatever she could to make our trip happen. She spent countless hours working with the airlines and hotels to update flights and moved us two separate times to new hotels when we received news that the previous would not be opening until 2021. She worked her magic all while making sure to accommodate all 3 of our bookings! I know it was not easy for her to do but she made it happen. Her communication was more than I would have asked for, she was constantly updating me on the progress of our booking. We had an amazing time on our trip we had no issues with our travel at all! I have used them for maybe about 6 trips so far, and never had a problem. I had a trip booked for last year, but covid cancelled it. I was notified in plenty of time about my options. And was even able to rebook the same trip, same date for this year, with a credit, because the price dropped during Covid. I highly recommend them. They are my go to for all inclusive resorts. Just do your checking when choosing resorts, check the reviews. Check the TripAdvisor ratings of resorts. Google is your friend, use it. read more
