I thought they would be more understanding about my situation but the lady who I talked to at the front didn't even want to look at my nails at first, she just said "that's it. A regular manicure lasts days." His massages are as if he works at an expensive spa - like actually massages and not just rubs the lotion on like most other places. I love that he doesn't do small talk and is efficient but careful. People on here complain their polish chipped early but they're happy to fix it for you if you go back in and tell them what happened. Jenny is great and if she moves salons I'll see her again but I refuse to go back to a place that treats and allows their employees to act that way. There should have been a discount or something given for the poor experience. But nope nothing, $140 later for two sets of nails. If you have the video, that's great, it will reflect his behavior exactly as I stated from the beginning.
