So sad to have to write this review. I have been going there for years and always see Jenny. She is genuine, honest and kind. She has always treated me so well. The owner is nice and the young girl who answers phones and checks clients in. However after yesterday I will no longer be going back. I brought my best friend with me, it was her first visit there. She had Jimmy as her technician. When she asked if he could clean up around the nails and underneath, he threw a fit like a toddler would. He said he wasn't comfortable doing her nails, got a big attitude. Then I stepped in because my friend wasn't going to ask again. Well then Jimmy and I got into it. He called me a bitch, was so rude and unprofessional. I'm disappointed in how the owner reacted. Jimmy needs to be fired for his lack of professionalism. There was no solution to his poor behavior. Jenny is great and if she moves salons I'll see her again but I refuse to go back to a place that treats and allows their employees to act that way. There should have been a discount or something given for the poor experience. But nope nothing, $140 later for two sets of nails. Ridiculous lol My response to the lack of ownership this owner has taken: That's funny, because that's not what you were saying during the service. You repeatedly apologized to both my best friend and me. This was her first time here, and even you acknowledged the experience was unacceptable and apologized for it. I was personally hugged and told "sorry" for the incident, and you even stated that you would handle the situation accordingly. If you have the video, that's great, it will reflect his behavior exactly as I stated from the beginning. So deeply bummed to write this, and I don't like leaving poor reviews, but I can no longer recommend this place. I tried to make an appointment with my usual tech, Holly, and was told she was unavailable. As it turns out, she no longer works there due to undisclosed reasons and they wouldn't let her contact any of her clients. Holly has always been the consummate professional and so kind, so I know it wasn't her. I asked if they could tell me where she went and they said no. Fortunately I found out she's now at Westie Nails in Escondido (on W. Valley Parkway) so I'll be going there from now on. I just can't support a place with these kind of bad vibes. read more

They offer a large variety of services, and an extra touch was some of the pedicures come with a glass of champagne! I really enjoyed my mani/ pedi the color is wonderful and exactly what I wanted. I wanted to try a new nail shop but I'm not sure I'll return. They don't clean that well, it's just a quick gentle clean. No under the nail beds for both hands and feet. Barely any scrubbing. However, they do paint well and take their time to ensure the nails look nice. I got a pedi and dip mani. I paid around $100+ after tip. My sister told me the price for my dip mani was too much but I honestly didn't know any better. I still liked the way my nails came out and the dip lasted 4+ weeks! If it wasn't for the cleaning I would've rated a 4. I called a day before and they had appointments available. I came in on a Saturday morning with no appointment and they were able to take me with a small wait. I think next time I will be making an appointment just to make sure I don't have to wait too long as I think after me, they asked other people to return in about an hour. I got a dip manicure (with Jenny) and one of their higher priced pedicures ($49) but it was worth it bc it was so relaxing. Both ladies that did my services were so friendly and nice and took their time. I also love the way my nails turned out! Chrome is an extra $15 so total for my manicure was $65. If you pay with card, it's an extra dollar charge. Took away a star because although the pedicure was super relaxing, my big toe nail polish didn't dry even after I got home and I had to go back to get it fixed. After fixing it, she told me it was dry and I left and even after getting home it was still wet and smeared. I didn't feel like going back or dealing with it. Well today we called in to get my daughters nails full set acrylic. We were told it would be $45. Granted each gems were told were $2 and design is $4. When we were done, they told us it's $70. They need to put their prices up and be very clear on what cost what. The ambiance is clean and friendly. The service is okay other than an unclear and not a good business practice to charge customers some random prices and not tell them what cost what. She does amazing with dip powder (they last well over 3 weeks if I can go that long and I'm very hard on my nails) and she is always up for a challenge when it comes to designs/nail art. Each month they offer a different, themed/special pedicure and it's always worth paying a little extra for it (the best so far has been the pumpkin pedicure in October)! This was my first time here and I really liked how clean it was. I didn't have an appointment, but I was able to get in without having wait too long. The ladies here were very attentive and friendly. I had a gel manicure with paraffin wax and a special "Mother of Pearl Pedicure" with the works!!! I am a caregiver for my disabled husband and I am constantly washing my hands which causes them to get dry and cracked real quick. My manicurist was careful to take care of my overly dry hands so I appreciated her being gentle with me. My pedicurist was amazing too as she massaged my poor leg muscles.
