would never use this garage again my daughter we and son in law have a car and it needed some work most could be done by my husband in our garage but what they went there for was take tires off put new tires on new rims and put them on the car and to have it aligned all they really asked for and the bill was reasonable when he was done, but then proceeded to tell them that they needed a whole new exhaust. Maybe they did anyway that was done as well. The bill was almost $700 and as every that does tires bring it back certain amount of kilometres to be and they were told to bring it back before 50 km was up they haven't really been driving the car because it has issues and they had saved up enough to fix that much of the to get into town to hear so her father could fix the rest, but she never made it even try because her father was busy at the time it was under 50 km they were driving down the road. She said she did hear a but thought it sounded like the same noise because we think it needs a ball joint but nope that wasn't what happened what happened was they were near killed because the tire flew off their car and they had only driven it short distances in that happened on a Friday just passed so my daughter called Monday morning and explained it to him and he laughed at her and he told her what am I gonna do sometimes this just happens and now we think the brake line got busted so she called me very upset because he wasn't do anything not his problem. He said so then I called him and told him my name we went over everything and he says he's just sizing that the than 50 because they had it on 25 April in 10 days have passed so he's thinking had to drive over more than 50 km but that's just his opinion they know how many kilometres they've driven because they watched it so then he told me that he didn't need to deal with me that my name wasn't on the bill fine he said tell my son-in-law to call so my son-in-law called and he said we were because at the end of my I told him well maybe I should go to CBC and maybe they'll listen to me so he took that as a threat told the kids that he was gonna call the police on them because they report an if your tire blows on the side of the road do you call your insurance and the you do what they did put the dummy tire on it to get at the end of the he said was I don't know and then he hung up on him, but I do have to say that my daughter hung up on him during their conversation because she gets upset and he was laughing at her and I don't think it's a laughing matter we even have saying that he's getting a lawyer and he's calling the police The man won't even put the tire back on for them therefore although they live in Monaco unless she wants to do something about it they will not be using his services again. I can't understand for the life of me why a garage that just opened wouldn't try to help a customer that just paid $700 now they're left with the car that doesn't work thank you.oh and one other thing they were having a problem with their battery but told the mechanic themselves about an hour later the mechanic calls back and he put a new battery in cost $249 never got on their old battery or the little bit that you can take off for the old battery he didn't even do that so then he calls him when it's done he said I just put a new battery in $249 my daughter and son-in-law said we didn't ask you to do that and this mechanic so professional laughed at them and said well what do you want me to do take it out while they're young and they didn't know what to say you and I would say yes take it the hell out I didn't ask you to put it in there but that's how this bill got from putting on tires having an alignment done that was all that was asked a $700 bill to the told you about up top and pictures of their front panel and the that's not driveable now and this man won't help them out in he said they need to call the police to report an accident if your tire blows on the side of the road do you guys call your insurance or your police station to inform them of that. No, that's why you have a dummy tire in your trunk the last words out of this man's mouth was to them. I don't know what I don't know what to do. I can send the police there and they'll ask for all your paperwork and everything go ahead the police ask you why are you reporting an accident that isn't an accident?
