Brought in my teen for a piercing, they were very friendly, and kindly explained all the paperwork needed. I was able to get the form in person or they will send it to me by email. The lady who did the piercing was very knowledgeable, explain the healing process and offer for us to come back to change the earring whenever it was needed. Be mindful of the minors piercing process as you will need to fill out a release form which needs to be notarized. Bryan gave useful guidance when she was deciding on the placement for the third and fourth ear piercing. There was minimal discomfort, contrary to my daughter's expectations. Absolutely amazing!!! Would recommend 100% I wish I remembered the name of the guy that pierced my nose because he really did a fantastic job! The whole thing was over in seconds, it barely hurt, and the way he handled and cleaned the piercing (both before AND after) was outstanding! You could really tell he had many years of experience. P.H.E.N.O.M.E.N.A.L! It's only been a couple of days since I got it done and it doesn't even hurt! I've been cleaning and moving it around and it's doing great. This is the 2nd time I've gotten my nose pierced and it's a world of a difference from my first experience. * The first time I pierced my nose, I went to Inkaholiks and it wasn't good. After a few MONTHS of an irritated piercing that never seemed to heal, I gave up and just let it close up. After that, I still liked the look and wanted to get another one done, I had just been dreading the possibility of another misfortunate piercing. Thankfully, I was very lucky to find this new place =) and the tech even did it in the SAME spot as my old piercing. Tattoo done by Guillermo whom never showed up to appt to correct this mess. Went back for an attempt to correct this tattoo and was charged although I was told it would be done for free. Tattoo is still a mess and paid $500. When I contacted owner Ryan Owoc his response was you should have contacted me sooner which clearly means that the permanent damage done to my body means nothing to this person. Do your research before going to this place. read more

came in for a consultation and was met with Robert. Told him my idea and he sent me it the same night. Due to personal reasons, I had to cancel the idea but felt bad for wasting his time and went in the next day to plan a different idea. He told me he would have the idea ready for me the same night with the changes I requested. Next day comes (day of the tattoo) and still nothing. 2 hours before I'm supposed to come in, I had to text him asking for the sketch. He sends me the sketch with little to no changes at all from what we talked about. He told me that he knows what he has to do once I'm in the chair. What?? Considering this is permanent, I'd like to see the final product before it's permanently on my body. I then tell him never mind and he starts to give excuses that he was busy last night at the shop and all this. No communication. It was clear Robert either didn't take me serious or just thought he could half-ass the work and that I wouldn't notice. Smh. Finally, I ask for the $50 deposit back considering the inconvenience and the fact that he didn't draw anything. He took two saved images and put them together on photoshop. He says he can't give it back because the owner takes all the deposits. What??? He's doing the work but the owner is taking the money? Nice. This would've been my 2nd tattoo with them but safe to say I won't be returning back. I'll spend my money someplace else. Maybe with artists who actually put the time into their job/work. read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. Went in for a simple tattoo just two letters and a small heart. MIKE, said it would be an easy tattoo and acted extremely confident in his abilities. When he started the tattoo i noticed how fast he was going and even commented about it to which he replied, "Ive been doing this for years." HE STARTED SHAKING MID WAY THROUGH THE SMALL TATTOO. I am not one to make fun of someone but the man started shaking like crazy and completely messed up a simple m and a small heart. My grandma blindfolded on xanax could have done a better job. Please retire from tattooing mike, an extra 80$ is not worth messing up a human being's skin FOR LIFE. Disgusting. Horrible ownership to allow a tattoo artist of that capability to work there. This was my first time going to this tattoo studio. I initially went to get my belly piercing popped open so the jewelry could slide through comfortably again since I was having some trouble with it. The employee (I believe his name was Rob) was very polite and assisted me so quickly! Based on that positive experience I decided to pay a deposit for some ink work and the deposit was placed with a tattoo artist, Reaper. Following this I had to reschedule my appointment and was told that Reaper no longer worked there and the tattoo artist advise that I go to the shop to get my deposit refunded. Long story short, between the tattoo artist and the shop I got the run around and never received a call from the owner (as promised) and didn't get my refund back. Lesson learned and it won't happen again. I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

Really wouldn't recommend to get any piercings unless it's someone with real experience, the guy rushed and was very rough with me

My son went for his first tattoo. The artist did not produce the tattoo he had selected. And then I felt he was taken advantage of and tremendously overcharged for the tattoo. Honestly, we should be refunded 50% of the money back based on the size and final details of the art. Life lesson learned after graduation. read more
