I reached out to him the day before my daughter wanted a piercing. the day of the OWED told me not to go to Hollywood but to go to his sunrise location. he was so unprofessional was extremely inappropriate. fucked her piercing up. was completelt crooked and have to take to to the ER because the piercing was to small and we couldn't get it out. he mentions after he had a couple drinks and that he had a rough day that if she didnt like the piercing he'd fix it once it's healed. Made it seem like he was doing me a favor by giving me a tattoo, and left me with a tattoo I hated for years and he did it so deep it's literally 3-D. The lines are all wiggly, shading looks like it was with a colored pencil, and you can feel it clearly when you touch my skin. Made me wear a long sleeve for months until I finally found a new artist and got the courage to get another tattoo, and he was able to fix it and blend it in to a sleeve so it doesn't stick out like a sore thumb and now it looks half decent at least. Dude is an old miserable a-hole. And get this: I was at a bar nearby chatting with some folks about the tattoo, because I saw a guy making a tattoo design on his iPad, and turns out his friend who he was with also got a messed up tattoo by the same guy. He said he is a drunk. Completely wild. The tattoo artist told me to check the reviews and this the first thing we see, lmao. I looked at the owner Eric's artwork and was very impressed with everything I saw. Eric has been in this business for a long time and is extremely knowledgeable about all of his products. I specifically asked about a large cover up tattoo that I had done with bamboo in Thailand in December 2021 to compare about how much it would cost in the states. He quoted me less than what I had paid in Thailand. I was very surprised how reasonable his prices for the quality of his work are. DO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE RACIST, INCOMPETENT AND INCREDIBLY RUDE. Absolutely horrendous experience. First of all the shop smells like sh*t. The art looks terrible and is overpriced. Look at their Instagram before you go, it's the first red flag. But the worst part is we had to leave because of emergency right after we gave the guy, Miguel, hundreds of dollars for tattoos and he wouldn't give it back. He said it was in the safe and didn't have the code so he called the owner and the owner wouldn't give it to him. So we tried talking to the owner ourselves and explained our situation and he literally laughed at our struggle, did. it give two sh*ts. The owner's attitude was clearly reflective of the shop. So we're arguing with Miguel trying to figure out how to get our money and he randomly says something about how Native Americans deserve to be executed, along with other completely unrelated racist nonsense. Mind you, we are all white - this was completely out of pocket with no context. He was giving us ridiculous attitude when we weren't trying to attack him, we just wanted our money back. At that point, we were very upset and called the police because these people were literally trying to steal our money. Then Miguel FINALLY gave us our money back, trying to make amends, but kept the tips. Originally some of us were going to stay behind and get piercings while some of us left to tend to the emergency, but after Miquel's rudeness and racism, we no longer wanted anything to do with this shop. The ear piercings were fine, but as he put the placement dot for my nose piercing he said "for the nose i just pierce where i know and i don't take any advice from the customer on this" at this point i had already paid, and was in the chair already. He pierced it and the placing for the nose ring was so off. So my experience was not so great although Eric was trying to solve the issue he didn't take full a accountability trying to make it seem if it was my fault even though I've had plenty of piercings before without problems & I tried to be nice about it but now I have $160 down the drain . I paid $60 to have my Monroe re pierced & $60 for a nose piercing VERY PRICEY Compared to other places I've been but I paid because quality comes first . Both piercings were pierced with studs so small they could go through the hole & my Monroe actually did so I came back to the shop to have him replace them for bigger studs that wasn't smaller than the pierced hole & he charged me $20 for each so now we are at $160 (also asked me for the original jewelry back ) Now my Monroe is fine I had it for about 8 years so I knew what needed to be changed but the Nose ..... he replaced it with a nose bar that's short that wouldn't be suggested for a new piercing healing of course any slight touch it pops out . Today I washed my face popped out I went back he put it in no problem & was nice about it but while I'm at work it comes out again and at this point I'm fed up with being nice because now I have to pay to get it done somewhere else . I came in to have my nose and belly piercing checked out after getting them done by a different piercer in Orlando. My nose piercing came out a little over a day ago and the piercing itself had been bothering me since getting it a week ago. Eric checked them both out for me free of cost and gave me very thorough instructions on helping my belly heal like using an epsom salt soak to help with the irritation. He also reopened my nose piercing that had already shut after only a day of not having the piercing in. He was very gentle and took his time massaging the piercing location to help the needle go in easier and to help with the swelling from the previous piercing. He turned what would've been a very painful reopening to a much more relaxed and easy experience and gave me much better nose jewelry than the other piercer. His experience shows in the quality of his service. He was also very kind, funny and easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend him for your piercing needs. read more

So I went in here the other day to get a Labret piercing. The dude who did it was clearly just trying to cut corners and make his life easier. I did not know you should NEVER get your lip pierced with a hoop; I did, however, know that lips tend to swell. I asked him when I could change the bar to a hoop and he said that he could just pierce me with a hoop and that it would make his life easier because of the precision it takes to pierce a labret with a bar. I proceeded to bring up the swelling and he said he would pierce it with a bigger hoop. I said that sounded fine. Well, he pierced me with a MASSIVE hoop that just fell to the side - it was sooooo big that I couldn't close my mouth or talk with it in. It looked horrible. And it was pierced way too low. Waste of money and also just not okay on his part. I wouldn't trust this studio again, nor would I waste any more money here. read more

I'm not a tattoo specialist, but I've had several tattoos done, and never has one healed so badly as this one. It was a pretty small tattoo to begin with, in an easy to reach area, the tattoo has bad scabbing and scar tissue and blisters are already starting to show after only 1.5 weeks, it still feels sore to the touch, again, nothing like any tattoo I have gotten with other artists or studios, EVER, what's worse is I took my sister in law to get a matching tattoo and this was her first ever, not happy, and the regretful thing is, with tattoos there's no going back. My experience at this particular tattoo shop was a great experience. Joe is the best tattoo artist that has ever touched my body... literally, I went to him in 2010 for my babies name and birth date and a butterfly. The accuracy 100%. The colors were mixed in so well with each other i couldnt stop looking at it. It is now 2018 and I just Received some more art on my body by this Tattoo God. Honestly this recent visit has me thinking, why didnt i come back sooner!!!! This shop puts people over making money, i felt comfortable, and appreciated. I got a coverup from the owner a few weeks ago. He did a horrible job , I am not one to bash businesses this is literally my first yelp review but I don't suggest you go here. He literally rushed it and did a half-ass job. and again it was one of the owners, he really took advantage of the fact I didn't know too much about shops or how the process works and completely rushed the job. He was cleaning up before I had a chance to checkout the tattoo, but was sure to charge me before anything was even sketched. I called to do the follow up sketching a few days later that he said he would do , and complained about the ink coming off of the tatt. I went to the shop the next day after he assured me to come the next day and the whole shop was closed. At that point I was beyond annoyed and didn't even trust him to fix it after that. It was a coverup and after the swelling went away I realized he didn't even cover up the name properly, it was a finger tattoo yall very small and simple. Now I have to spend more money somewhere else so hopefully I can prevent someone from wasting time here. Again it was one of the long haired owners I'm not sure which one. Mike talked a big front saying he could get a lot done in a certain amount of time. So I put in for two hours and he screwed up on a few of my outlines though he did enhance one of my pieces to my half sleeve by putting more detail to my flower but that was it. I believe he paid attention to one part of my sleeve just to rip me off. Plus I didn't like that he kept clearing his throat and coughing around my arm while he was working on it. It was suppose to be two hearts connected.. Simple. I don't know how she managed to mess it up.
