Customer service is one of the most important parts of the hospitality business, and this experience fell far below expectations. The food was excellent, but Bashir's hospitality really made the experience special. We had three rambunctious teenagers with us, and Bashir completely charmed them with his great attitude and humor. He even took the time to show them how the food was prepared, which they loved! We enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the evening air.
