They encouraged me to get one, so I faced my fear and made an appointment. Once I arrived and checked in, I waited maybe 1 minute before I went to the back. I had my nervous laugh going, but my girl made me feel comfortable the entire time, even when I wanted to scream! The vibe and music was awesome, helping me to take my mind off of it. She was friendly and helpful. She said that the sugar was not turned on when she got there. Luckily them out the wax was. So the sugar was super hard. I grew out my leg hair for three weeks for sugar I was only in town for five days. So not exactly happy but happy I was able to get at least my hair removed that day. The girl was sweet and gave me a first time discount. Pertaining to the wax she didn't absolutely fantastic job it was painless with the wax that they use on the downtown area it's a hard wax and it's very helpful. I would return to utilize her services. A common theme in my reviews lately is that they remind me and help me to remember that the world is not a perfect place and I can't always get what I want.

They have three options - priced fairly at $30, 35, and 45. I opted for their middle package that came with a massage, sugar scrub, and hot towel. They got out my ingrown toenails with zero pain and scrubbed my feet easily without me being too ticklish (hard feat for me!!) Music was poppy but not over the too loud and the televisions were silent. They do offer drinks - waters and soft drinks to wine or Prosecco/rosé. Chairs were comfy & well taken care of with no split seats or remote controls. Water was perfect temperature and not scalding hot. Their color selection was great and they also do Dip Nails.
