When I showed up, Steve got nasty with me because "he" forgot to add me to the daily work sheet. Then he demanded a price of $250 instead of the $175 agreed to. The best! We have used them repeatedly and give gift certificates to happy relatives. They detailed a beloved car I was replacing, it looked so good I wanted to keep it, and we got $3500 for it even though the new owner knew it had transmission problems. My Tesla was quite overdue for detailing and some dried-on sap from a neighbors black walnut tree forced the issue. Make it Beautiful did a marvelous job -- hard to describe just how meticulously clean the interior is now and they went above and beyond in buffing out some white overspray that apparently happened when my car was in the body shop to have a rear door replaced. Could we give 500 stars? That's what Make It Beautiful deserves. We found them via Groupon (which was a great bargain, by the way) and decided to take a chance. We're so glad we did. We worked with Elvis Black who obviously takes great pride in doing a superior job. Our Navigator was a mess (three granddaughters can do that). We live on a dirt road so the vehicle was filthy, there were melted jellybeans embedded in the carpet, dog nose prints smeared all over the windows, and Capri Sun juice everywhere. As though he waved a magic wand, Mr. Black made our SUV better than it had ever been, and he did all of this in one working day. Unfortunately, we couldn't pick the car up until the next morning (I'm scheduled for back surgery), and Mr. Black didn't bat an eye over having our car in his lot overnight. We've already recommended Mr. Black to friends and family. This business truly lives up to its name. read more

I just recently had my car detailed before taking a long road trip with my dog - and I was not disappointed with my results. My car was pretty grim on the inside and outside - I rarely take my car through a car wash and i have a puppy who sheds constantly and also has had a tendency to get car sick in the past, so trust when i say that these guys had their work cut out for them. Amazing experience! From the initial phone call to dropping my car off and picking it up, it was so easy! Steve was friendly and told me off the bat that I might have to pay extra because of all of the dog fur in the car (be advised- hounds shed A LOT!), which was fine because I'd previously read that on Groupon. When I arrived to pick up my car, he said he wouldn't charge me because cleaning up the dog hair wasn't too bad. I asked if he was sure and he insisted. Steve did an amazing job on my car.
