I should've recorded the officer who locked me in the back of his squad car to help me "stay warm" but didn't respect my wishes to let me out and try to drive the car and didn't listen to my parents who were on the phone with me during all of this . The manager pulled off with the car as soon as they brought it up . Without my permission, as well as his "employee" who was African American and didn't have no say in anything witnessEd it all but as soon as we pulled up there . The employee was on another call and drove off while we were pulling in very guilty huh? So here we go with the disrespectful , lying , money hungry , goofy manager. He kept lying saying that I said one thing when I told him to his face "IM NOT MAKING A DECISION TILL MY MOM AND SISTER IS HERE". Gladly my mother walked in and talked things out with them because they know what they did to me her son . So with this also being connected to Park Forest police who tries to use people's accidents or people being stuck in a ditch. To their advantage so they can meet their "buisness" quota , and or make there police buddies look good as well for putting people into their money trap . Luckily me and my family was able to get the car out of that piece of shit ass yard. And gladly they didn't get reported to the news for the actions that I went through on MLK day . With Park Forest Police as well as Coys towing place . They prey on people who get into accidents on the backroads . should've just left myself in the car and waited on my insurance to pull up . But police are supposed to respect your wishes and help right ? Not help themshelves and their crooked ways of thinking. But God don't like ugly so in due time what goes around comes back around . I know it's long but please read don't want this happening to anyone else!!!!!!!…read more Here is my experience with final touch collision I was recommended to them don't get me wrong they have good work but from my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone to go to them I dropped my car off March 12th, 2024 and got a rental the same day the young lady who damaged my car her insurance was paying to get my car fixed and paying for the rental 2 weeks goes by and I decided to call to see were there any updates which was April 5th @ 10:39am and I was told that it was more damage found and it's hard finding parts he called American family the same day and let them know it was more damaged to my car fast forward April 12th American family reached due to me being at work they left a voicemail and stating that they have been trying to get contact with the collision shop about the finding of the additional damage no supplemental was sent and no answer they was unable to extend my rental beyond April 5th because they needed that information they were trying their best to avoid me getting charged for the rental and they were calling me because they couldn't get in contact with the collision shop on April 12th I've called multiple times no answer I had someone to call and finally got a answer and I explained to them what was going on my response was they just spoke to American family not too long ago on April 15th I've called final touch collision I even sent out a text to his personal number left voicemails as well no contact at this point it's April 16th enterprise general manager is calling me telling me to bring the car back I explained to home what was going on I can't get in contact with the shop April 16th come I decided to go to the collision shop around 12:30pm I made it there and his daughter was outside sitting down enjoying the nice weather she began to help me I saw her dad he look in bad shape he had a bruise on his back and a knee brace on I explained to his daughter while he was standing their in pain what was going on and to call American family in front and let them know you'll be sending the supplement over she told them she would send it within 3 hours I told her to send me a confirmation and call me to let me know you sent it no update by 5:06pm I called before they closed and she didn't do what she said she was going to do the 17th came the general manager from enterprise went by the collision shop and he said the owner didn't look in good shape he told me to come back Thursday .... Thursday came and the general manager from enterprise went by just to see that they were closed and still not answering the phone ! I was highly upset and fighting to not give the rental back and not pay out of pocket for it that same day April 18th I found the owner fb page so I tried calling from there and even send a message I also found a few family members with his last name and let them know that I couldn't get in contact with him and my car is at his shop tell him to give me a call with my number April 19th came and I still tried calling no answer so I left work at 10:30am got to the collision shop at 11:04am just to see the gates closed again the guy that opens and closes the gates was there I spoken to him and even explained to him what was going on he even tried calling from his phone no answer so I told him that I was going to file a police report which I did !!! Made it back to work at 1pm at 1:36pm enterprise called me and I immediately said he's not at the shop he responded yes he is and he sent the supplement over you're all good Wednesday April 24th at 5:47pm American Family called and stated that a supplement was sent over but they more documentation and they couldn't get in contact with the collision shop once again now it April 25th I called final touch collision it took many phone calls to get in touch with him however he answered and explained what the last insurance had told me he said he would get it taken care of so I waited a hour no longer because it shouldn't take that long so I called my adjuster to see if the additional documentation was sent over and she stated no so I called final touch collision back and told them it's no way American family is calling me because they can't get in contact with you and it no way enterprise should be calling as well because you're not doing your job on your end he told me to be nice to him I told him not I'm done being nice and he proceeds to ask me did I reach out to his family I stated yes I did because I couldn't get in contact with you he hung up the phone on me !!!! April 26th I personally sent a police officer to the collision shop to tell him to pull my car out so I can get it towed out of there and take it somewhere else the new collision shop wanted pictures of what the car look like at the moment before taking it I called and asked can the pictures be sent he told me no he's not doing it which was fine at that point because I no longer wanted any services

Well 4days later she hit the window switch to let down her window to place a order, and her window would not go back up. Needless to say,, her window was not fixed. She was taking me to Midway airport, so she called a shop in Bridgeview called Route 66, the Tech there got her window up in less than 10mins and she was on her way. But he told her to take it back to whoever put the regulator in, because they put it in wrong. Of course, she hard headed and didn't go back(YOUNG PPL). But 2 days ago she accidentally let's her window down again, so I said take it back to them, since they put it in. Well she goes back to Gerber Collison in Matteson, iL. The tech proceeds to take the door panel off and let's the window down even lower 3/4". But then tells her the motor is bad and he can't fix it today. Ummm excuse me Sir,...that window needs to go back up. Not only did he say he's not gonna do it, he didn't even put the door panel back on correctly. She had a WHOLE SCREW on the floor and he didn't put the window switch back correctly. I had to call the Police on them. The Tech was being a complete BUTT WHOLE!!!!! And so they sent a little helper guys to come screw the door back on, and he says ill have to get some 2-sided tape to tape down the window switch panel... Ummm excuse me, NO YOU WON'T USE TAPE. I DIDN'T BRING IT TO YOU WITH TAPE!!! R U CRAZY!!! So she called Route 66, they said bring it to us..we'll fix it! It took them all of 13mins and the window was back working. But Gerber said the couldn't get it back up.. NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO GERBER COLLISON AND GLASS IN MATTESON,IL. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. They made our car worse and then tried to get more money out of us.
