She worked so hard to make it fit right but when she gave me the quote, I had to be honest and say it wasn't worth it to me because I was only wearing it for half an hour. She didn't get mad, but instead she worked with me to figure out what we could do instead to make it within my budget. After showing me her expertise in knowing what to do to still make it look good, I knew I could trust her with my wedding dress. Things I never considered, she knew and could advise. Her work is always clean and professional. Whether it's pants, skirts, or dresses, you can't even tell they've been hemmed - they look like they came that way. She also has a good turnaround time, and fittings are always fast and easy. My only suggestion would be a bit more transparency around pricing. I usually don't know the cost or the price breakdown until it's time to pay. Other than that, I've had consistently great experiences and would definitely recommend her.
