I came here for 2 work shirts and and a pair of pants to be cleaned. They burnt the zipper on the requiring it to be replaced. Charger 45 dollars to clean the 3 pieces. I came here after searching community pages on social media. I was turned away by a well known seamstress, that couldn't meet my deadline. I urgently needed 2 tween suits to be tailored within 8 days. I was told 4 days, impressive! Within hours after dropping off, I realized my husband also needed a suit tailored, he dropped off and was given a 4 day turnaround. Wow! 2 days go by and I realize I have 2 MORE shirts that needed altering. I stopped by again ashamed at my disorder but also shocked to hear all 3 suits were ready before the date I was given. 3 suits altered, and pressed in 2 days. The lady giggled and gave me a 4 day turnaround, but you guessed it, they were ready in 2 days. 3 suits and 2 shirts came out to about $250. For the quality and urgency of the matter, I'd pay it again. Highly recommend! read more

I Took my 2 piece suit and 3/4 over coat in to be dry cleaned. I also asked if they could resow one of my buttons on my blazer that fell off they said yes they could. I go to pick up a week later. I got home and took the clothes out of the plastic covering they Wreaked like Foul Body Odor or like Clothes that have been left in a washer for a few nights. It was as if someone wore it and then put it back into the plastic covering. My button wasn't sown on. I actually couldn't find it at all. Definitely don't recommend. read more

WAY OVERPRICED.... I took a couple shirts to have laundered and pressed because the other cleaner in thesame parking lot starch machine was down. They charged me over double wht I normally pay and the shirts are not even starched. Get a price before you leave something as simple as a normal mens dress shirt. read more

They ruined my suit and now it smells like mildew.. the lady at the front kept trying to reclean it to get the smell out and would not take onwership that the machine was broken / old dry cleaning solution. Coming from San Jose there's cleaners and alterations at almost every corner, so it was definitely different here in Gilroy, not too many options. I took my old drapes that were inherited from the previous owner of our lake house to K cleaners. I mentioned to the lady the age of the drapes and asked that she do the best she can, after agreeing on the price of $95. I picked them up and was shocked that the total rang up to $380. I was sure she had made a mistake given the previous discussion. She said no that was the correct price and that she had told me when I dropped them off. She definitely did not tell me, as a charge of $380 for old drapes would have not been a sensible purchase. read more

This place is awesome!! I called based on Yelp reviews and she was so nice! I needed a dress taken in for an upcoming wedding, nothing to complicated so I decided to try this place out. Turned out great! Best part is she's super fast, I took my dress in, put it on for her, pinned, changed, out the door in less than 10min. The dress was pressed and ready for pick up in a week! So I of course came back, had another formal dress and blazer cleaned/pressed, they we're done in like three days! Pricing is also great! I've had dresses altered at bridal places before and it cost in tons, and took forever, but at K-cleaners it was less than $30 and so fast! I'll be going here from now on! On Saturday I dropped off a $60 dress for my maternity shoot to have length taken up. The son took measurements and was very helpful. He offered to take in the arms and chest as well. I asked for the price and he said he wasn't sure and his mother would call me, but that the dress would be ready on Wednesday. I went back yesterday (Wednesday) and was told my dress as at her house and to come back tomorrow. No problem. I asked for the cost. She said she wasn't sure and she would call me. Still did not receive a call. I went to pick it up today and the cost was $80! I was shocked! I told her that's more than the dress is and I would've never left it had I known. She said it's because the dress is stretchy, but she would bring the cost down to $53. Hormonal or not, I was super disappointed by the lack of pricing shared and left feeling cheated. I recommend sharing pricing before the customer leaves to avoid this kind of outcome. I won't be returning to use the coupon she gave me. Poor management and customer service. read more

This is a great place, so fast and good work. We had 5 pairs of pants shortened at A French cleaner's in Moegan Hill and was charged $99 and the pants were still too long, and the lady there was really rude. Not wanting her to redo them since she didn't do it right the first time , we took them to K Cleaners in Gilroy. The little lady there was so nice, we had her redo the pants the first lady did, and had her clean 2 dresses and one shirt and it was $94 for all. More importantly, the pants fit perfect.
