What I'd like to point out first, is that the super kind human who took our order was absolutely that: super kind. My partner and I felt good about our research and choice of NextGen, and the wire rack piled to the top with comforters, mattress pads and other bedding only furthered our confidence. Sadly, once we removed the bed from the bag, I felt confused that perhaps the wrong item had been picked up. It looked nearly identical to when we'd first brought it to NextGen, but with quite a few more strands of (different lengths) of hair stuck to it throughout. Secondly, almost every quilted square of the bed had faux filling bunched up in a variety of balls--I had originally purchased the square patterned bed to avoid this problem once cleaned. :( I wanted to bring my item back immediately, however, my health at the time did not allow it. I gave two stars for the kind atmosphere. P.s. I am attaching a very faded receipt, with the word, "wait" written at the top, because I felt it so important to write a review. Especially if it helps future costly mishaps occur.

She minimized the bust size (which required her to purchase new cups and rebuild that section of the dress). She also added additional lace to the bust section to make the dress what I had in my mind when shopping but never found. She also had suggestions of her own that really saved the day like trimming internal layers down to length while still leaving the outermost layer as a train. That change really made my wedding day so much more comfortable (and my ability to fluff the train out for photos so much easier) while still letting me feel so beautiful all day. Overall I love how it turned out - and she did it all so quickly and at a reasonable price.

It's located near the Oakridge mall and has great parking and is near the light rail station. Communication with her was excellent and she approached the design with creativity. Pricing was very fair as well. Her shop was full of work and the experience was seamless and pleasant. Also, it's not exactly relevant, but the owner was impeccably dressed, down to her nails which could be showcased in an avant-garde magazine. I don't have enough room to write in this box to explain how wonderful and patient this woman is to make sure you are happy in what you are wearing and I wasn't an easy person. She makes it your very own! She has an amazing gift and is very talented with her work. Foroogh managed to get four dresses and four suits ready in such a short amount of time done for me no one else could've ever pulled it off. I was so pleased with everything Foroogh did in the amount of time given and hard work she put in I myself gave her and her husband an invite to my Wedding 7.9.17 so she could experience and see the amazing work she did for me. I had an amazing experience working with Foroogh redesigning a dress for my sons wedding. I had ordered a dress online and it wasn't what I wanted. I took it to her and she was able to redesign the dress and make it exactly how I wanted. She is very patient and it was a calming and a non stressful experience. She is very talented and knows what she is doing. I have also used her for alterations and everything has always turned out perfect and how I have wanted it. I started my alterations process on 3/9/26 for a 7/18/26 wedding, which I was told was a good time…read moreframe to begin to start with a hem and work up to the bodice later. When I picked up my dress the week of my wedding, (all bagged up from steaming) I was told my pick up appointment did not need to include a try-on. I was extremely disappointed with my wedding dress alterations. On the evening before my wedding as I was fluffing the train, I discovered that the hemming was incomplete and portions of the design had not been finished as expected. At that point, there was no time to bring the dress back to have it corrected, leaving my bridesmaids to spend part of the wedding morning finishing the hemming themselves instead of getting ready. A bride should be able to trust that her dress will be complete and ready, especially with the additional services that were paid, for one of the most important days of her life. This added unnecessary stress and took away from what should have been an exciting, joyful morning. While the experience with the staff was good; Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this business based on the final product I received.
