Within hours after dropping off, I realized my husband also needed a suit tailored, he dropped off and was given a 4 day turnaround. I stopped by again ashamed at my disorder but also shocked to hear all 3 suits were ready before the date I was given. 3 suits altered, and pressed in 2 days. Upon my inquiry text, she asked me what material my dress was made up of, how many layers, if it had beads and lace, which was intimidating at first but Lezlie eased my concerns after my sending her the website that described my dress in detail. I let him know that I was leaving to another work trip and needed them in two days (I know, I procrastinated). He did the job! Clean clothes and all. He called before I picked up letting me know that there was a stain that he might not be able to get out without risking the fabric but I told him to try it anyway. He removed the stain and the fabric was fine!! I've been a customer for so many years and I am so thankful to have such a reliable cleaners that I can go to! I was looking for a good dry cleaners for a couple winter coats. I call and checked prices, they…read moresaid one price and I showed up and we agreed on around 17 for two and 24 for the long coat. Then I came in and price doubled. It was 17 for one and 30 for two. I feel bait and switch. Plus, he said he spent hours dry cleaning and the coats were not even clean, some of the stains I was able to remove with a brush of a finger. Good luck Alex Choi (name on the receipts) after over changing me. I will not be back!
