The location is convenient, in a strip mall right off East Dunne, and you can do dropoff or pickup in under five minutes easily. The woman who usually works the front counter is super nice and finds my orders quickly. My laundry always turns out clean as the day I bought it, even having impossible stains like cat puke on a wool blanket or red wine removed. Supposedly all of their cleaning is done on-site which means less opportunity for things to get misplaced. They can be a little slow sometimes but that's the price you pay for a thorough job, I suppose. They hemmed a maxi dress for me once when I was short on time. I'm a bit of a seamstress myself, and I noticed the thread they used was cheap and there were skipped stitches in the hem. Most people probably wouldn't notice, but I could have done a better job myself for free.
