I didn't have one more thing on my plate to worry about because she was incredibly professional and did an amazing job on me (the bride), my maid of honor and did two other girls' lashes (added on last minute by them!) My experience with Pauline was grade A service. She went above and beyond. I did the trial with the preteens and they went first, but when it was my turn they became antsy. I felt rushed and she also had another appointment after me. After a few days, she touched base to see how the make up wore throughout the day. I asked her for another trial and she happily agreed, this time without the kiddos. We were able to play around a bit more and get the make up part of it right. Then on my wedding day, she came on time, my daughters went first again. My mom was in the room and she's disabled with multiple sclerosis. She fell out of her chair because her walker that has a seat broke on her. Dear Pauline who was miraculously an at-home care provider in her last career, got her up off the ground safely with my groom who was there when it happened. Then she suggested Instacart to get a new chair delivered. (Who would think Instacart could do that??) Because of her, my mom's replacement walker came within the hour and a very big crisis had been adverted. On top of all that, my mom wanted to give her a cash tip, but she wouldn't take it. I know this is beyond the normal work for a hair and make up artist, but it meant so much on a day that was so important. If I could I would give her 10 stars.

I was going for a more natural look, just like my self, but prettier, and Amanda NAILED IT. I felt so beautiful, confident, and most importantly to me, comfortable. My trial in Denver was easy breezy, they're both super nice and fun to chat to. When I changed my mind about my hair before the wedding, Ray was so on it and flexible and gave me exactly what I wanted with minimum guidance from an overwhelmed me (volume and romantic curls). All of my bridesmaids agree that it's the best we've ever looked, and since we're in our late thirties we've been in a lot of weddings. From communication to their delightful bedside manner, these women are incredibly talented and skilled. They were prompt and efficient, finishing before schedule. Not to mention Amanda was very pregnant on her feet all day and did not complain once, in fact she seemed to be enjoying herself--a true superhero! These ladies are amazing!…read more I hired them to arrive at "the ranch" on the morning of my wedding to do hair/make-up/mani's and pedi's for all of the bridesmaids and moms. It made for a stress-free morning as we all got ready for the wedding. They were all enthusiastic and professional with their work. They are able to turn any space into a little spa. Linda, the owner, stopped by in the morning to make sure that everything was running smoothly. They got us all done (me, 5 bridesmaids and 2 mom's) in more than enough time. With the bridal package I also received a hot-stone massage the day before. It was incredible and a great stress reliever. Despite a few minor mis-communication issues (which is hard to avoid when contracting stylists) they did a great job. When my mother was a little unhappy with her style they were NOT offended and fixed her up just right. Depending on how many services you require it can be a little pricey (as one would expect!) but it was well worth the cost. I was able to treat my girls to a little fun before the wedding chaos began---priceless!

The lady who did mine did not know how to work with my texture of hair and it turned out to be a matted mess by the end of the ceremony. My friend, the bride, had her hair done as well as her makeup. The style holding her hair back out of her face was uneven, and her hair became frizzy because of what they put in it. Her makeup did not turn out the way she wanted, even after asking multiple times for it to be changed. We had to spend the little time we had before the ceremony fixing it. Like I said their staff was nice, but it does not make up for lack of ability.
