Gertrud is professional, she hand selects all of her products (quality Biodroga products from Germany) and truly knows what she is doing with them...I have had facials at other places where I felt like the esthetician was trying to figure it out as she went along and caused irritation to my skin, I left relaxed with glowing skin. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. I felt like she really cared and wanted to understand my regimen before beginning so she could get the best results. She also has this machine that I have never seen before that she can take a deeper look at your skin and show it to you on a screen! This particular makeup artist did not listen to what I wanted and decided to give me the complete opposite makeup look than the pictures I showed her. Obviously feeling annoyed and defeated, I continued my search. This is when I came across Bronwyn's Instagram page and instantly knew I found my girl! Bronwyn was quick to respond and flexible on scheduling a trial. My trial was flawless. Bronwyn listened to exactly what I wanted and chose the perfect colors that matched my features and made my eyes pop. She even gave me the option of doing 2 different looks for me to choose. I loved that she cared that much to make sure I was happy. Both looks she gave me were amazing and hard to choose just one! I felt immediately relieved that I found such a talented artist. She also traveled to Aspen from Dallas for my wedding. Bronwyn was readily available all day for my rehearsal and wedding day. I was over an hour late for my rehearsal makeup appointment (and obviously felt terrible) and she kept telling me that there were no worries and she was happy to wait. This obviously calmed my crazy bride nerves instantly. Someone like her is hard to come by! Bronwyn also did makeup on my mom and bridesmaids makeup and made everyone look like a million bucks! The girls were over the moon at how amazing they looked which made my day even more perfect. My wedding was outside on top Aspen Mountain on a warm sunny June day. I moved from Houston to DFW in May 2022 and I specifically moved to this side of town in May 2023. I was driving all the way to Irving to get my brows threaded or sometimes even waiting till I was visiting Houston, because I hadn't found someone I trusted in North Arlington yet. A gal recommended checking out Dream at Om Threading in November 2023 and I ended up FINALLY getting to try them out in May of 2024. I cannot believe that I wasted 1 whole year in North Arlington without going here. It's less than 10 minutes from my home and Dream was amazing! Dream listens to me and threads my brows exactly how I request. There has never been a long wait and the service is effective and efficient (meaning they don't take forever, but they don't speed through without being detailed). We ended up connecting over Pregnancy Nutrition since I'm a Dietitian. She's current on maternity leave, but she's phenomenal and I can't wait to go back to her when she returns! 10/10 Understands the Assignment!
