Okay I'm so happy about this spot! Finding a new eyebrow lady is such a stressful ordeal, especially when you're new to the city! I moved from Houston to DFW in May 2022 and I specifically moved to this side of town in May 2023. I was driving all the way to Irving to get my brows threaded or sometimes even waiting till I was visiting Houston, because I hadn't found someone I trusted in North Arlington yet. A gal recommended checking out Dream at Om Threading in November 2023 and I ended up FINALLY getting to try them out in May of 2024. I cannot believe that I wasted 1 whole year in North Arlington without going here. It's less than 10 minutes from my home and Dream was amazing! Dream listens to me and threads my brows exactly how I request. There has never been a long wait and the service is effective and efficient (meaning they don't take forever, but they don't speed through without being detailed). We ended up connecting over Pregnancy Nutrition since I'm a Dietitian. Y'all listen ! I bought a Groupon for a Brazilian wax this is what I get for being cheap. I usually go to EWC and I've been a few other places , but I won't be here not for a wax. I'm giving them 3 stars because I'm not going to tarnish this business just because the experience for me wasn't for me. The customer service is nice the lady was so sweet omg. However, this waxing is a NO-GO I've never had a "strip bikini wax" normally EWC just pull the wax off it's very painless (except when she does my vagina lips) !!! Literally she used the same wax that she can do eyebrows with oh my corse vagina hair. Let me just say that first pull was like WTF ! When she made it to the boat and lips I Tapped out. I'm normally can just scroll on my phone on ig I be talking and laughing to my lady at EWC and boom less than 10 mins I'm out. IM IN THIS BIHH straight sweating and cussing. EWC is $50 I was trying to save a few coins but not anymore. I GOT TF UP & still has wax on me. Then after wards she ask does I want a wipe I'm like huh ? After you get waxed you are suppose to avoid moisture and sweating down there ‍. I really hope I don't break out or anything because I was getting waxed for my honeymoon this weekend. Went here for the first time yesterday to get my eyebrows threaded- very affordable and they did a wonderful job! At the end, when she was rubbing aloe, it felt so good that I brought my mom back today for us to get facials. WOW! The quick facial for $20 last about 30 mins and was one of the best facials I have ever had!!!!! I felt so relaxed after and made a joke with my mom about how we should have taken an Uber Bc we were so relaxed hahah (obviously we're okay to drive) ;) I SO recommend this place! So I purchased a Groupon for a Brazilian wax here. I called & scheduled my appointment quickly & easily. My appointment was today, 05/19/18. When I arrived there were 2 people ahead of me & a nice young lady acknowledged me. A few minutes after my appointment time I was summoned. I had my eyebrows done first & then the Brazilian. The lady who assisted me was so sweet! It was my fist Brazilian wax & I did a little research beforehand. The process was a lot less painful than I anticipated. Seriously ladies, it was a cake walk. Of course some areas are a little more sensitive than others but it was easy peasy. The spa was bright, clean & up to date. Thank you ladies for a great experience. I get it's Sunday but I came in twice, one lady working they are understaffed, not worth the wait.

I came here with my cousin to get my lashes done. & the service was too quick. The lady probably spent 15 minutes on my lashes, every time i told her the glue was burning my eyes she kept going. After she was done with my lashes towards the inner corner of my eyes the lashes weren't even, the entire time the lash set felt so uncomfortable. The lady was nice and tried to accommodate the best she can, she finally realized there was glue where my eye liner was so it felt odd when i was opening my eyes. I've came here before so i was expecting the same service, but after today i definitely will not be returning. Lashes take time & i felt like she rushed through it.. and it wasn't even busy. Not to say my lash set doesn't look good but i had to complain for a good 10 minutes for her to realize her sloppy job. read more

I also got eyelash extensions which are beautiful and not irritating. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I made an appointment, but had to wait to receive service as if I was a walk-in. This place is clean & friendly, however, I came to Om's Threading & Spa out of convenience. This was not a bad visit but the threading is horrible. I was not pleased with the job that was done. It took about five minutes to "clean up" my eye brows which was surprising and it showed the lack of effort.
