You couldn't have told me that TWO weeks ago after claiming to have received my info?? By this point, it was already October. I was so upset - what a waste of my time! It had already been practically two months since I first contacted her. I decided to reach out again & ask if she had any recommendations for a similar style artist to her, and hoped she would give me suggestions out of good faith after completely wasting my time. It's been almost 3 weeks and no response. In those 3 weeks, I spoke to 5 different artists who responded IMMEDIATELY, and have moved forward with booking & paying, providing my vision, booking bridesmaids, and having all of my questions answered in hours by the artist I booked - a true sign of professionalism. If this is a sneak peek into how working with her will be like on the big day, then maybe it was a blessing in disguise. During my trial, my hair artist, Edith, was kind enough to try several hair styles on my so we could figure out which would work best for the day of, which I really appreciated. My makeup artist, eng, was kind enough to take all my feedback from my trial to create an absolutely stunning look the day of the wedding. The only hiccup we had was due to their hard and fast rule that you have to have 5 adult services each (hair and makeup) to have two artists. I had 4 adults getting hair and 2 littles, which to me averaged out to 5 adults, but it didn't fit their policy so I had to find someone else to get their hair done. It all worked out, but I wish they were ever so slightly more flexible with something like that! Other than that, everything was smooth sailing. They were very communicative and had no problems working with me. Can't wait to get my photos back!
