That's fine, I get that she's busy. When I finally heard back, I received a long list of items to fill out for a contract. After I sent my contract info, I received an email from her assistant that my info was received and that a contract would be coming soon. I was so excited! It had already been a month since I initially reached out, so I was ready to lock this down. After waiting for TWO MORE WEEKS, I am told that someone else booked my date and thus they could not proceed with my contract. WHAT?! You couldn't have told me that TWO weeks ago after claiming to have received my info?? By this point, it was already October. I was so upset - what a waste of my time! It had already been practically two months since I first contacted her. I decided to reach out again & ask if she had any recommendations for a similar style artist to her, and hoped she would give me suggestions out of good faith after completely wasting my time. It's been almost 3 weeks and no response. In those 3 weeks, I spoke to 5 different artists who responded IMMEDIATELY, and have moved forward with booking & paying, providing my vision, booking bridesmaids, and having all of my questions answered in hours by the artist I booked - a true sign of professionalism. If this is a sneak peek into how working with her will be like on the big day, then maybe it was a blessing in disguise. I'm sure she's a wonderful person but this was so rude & left a horrible taste in my mouth. Seems to be a common issue with her one star reviews too.
