I've been going to Melissa for almost a year now and every single time she takes her time to outline the areas around the eyebrows. Melissa takes the time to get to know her customers and actually cares about them, and I always leave the salon feeling like a brand new person. I also really appreciated that during my first visit, Melissa checked in about the products I use on my face (such as retinol) as she uses Wax to shape and clean my brows. Maureen helped me pick out two fabulous outfits, a fun background for my shoot, and some really great poses. ChaCha helped me with some great ideas to bring with me to the shoot. I did my own makeup, and Maureen and Merari did my hair. To take advantage of me is, sneak in up-charges without telling me... then hitting my credit card is a sign of scamming, low morals and ethics. If they're doing it to me who over tips in cash they're doing it to anyone who they think they can!!! Always ask for receipt, and always ask if something as small as a shampoo... is an upcharge...... They are talented blow dry artists and I loved my girl Nicole but I can't go to a business where they are taking advantage of already generous people!! So sad!!!!
